My Wife loved the kitchenette and walk in shower..The Bed was also very good but the pillows Sucked..I also do not like where the TV is mounted on the side wall next to the bathroom door instead of infront of the bed I don't know how anyone thought this was a good idea but your laying in bed with your head turned sideways to watch TV but the time are stay was over I was very much over the TV..The Staff was Amazing we loved Louise. Breakfast was SoSo, Lots of Parking and close to the interstate

I was not expecting an apartment. All the. comforts of home. Stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Extremely clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not that good. Eggs were watery. Sausage was cold. Coffee was lukewarm. The utensils were all facing up instead of the handles facing up. Which is VERY UNSANITARY. The young lady working the breakfast area (I forgot her name) heard me talking to my husband and informed us that this is the way she told to do it. She was friendly and polite. I told her I understood and would mention it my review. We stayed at Towneplace on May 17, 2024 and the food was the same way then.

The staff was friendly the breakfast. Was mostly good. I was allowed to have a late departure.

Upon entering my room it smelled like weed. We were there for an event, and when I told the front desk. We would need some additional wash clothes and towels for in the morning, I was told we would have to bring them the unclean ones before we could get new ones.

Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Room was clean and well taken care of! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Thank you for a nice stay.

The handle pulled off the bathroom door. Our room was right above the patio on the second floor…people were on the patio talking intermittently during the night! It wasn’t quiet!

The location was great. I like how it was conveniently located near different restaurants, the mall and shopping. I love the kitchenette as well. Next time, I will bring groceries and cook! I like the breakfast also!

I would have liked bacon included as a choice for breakfast. The couch and office chair weren't the most comfortable; seemed kinda stiff. But honestly, that's nit picking. There wasn't anything wrong with the room. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was efficiently laid out & kitchen was well equipped; full size fridge, 2 pots with lids, cutlery & dinnerware. If you want wine glasses, need to bring some. Also no frying pan just in case you want to use the 2 burner cooktop. Beds were comfy & there is plenty of creative storage. Friendly staff & super clean. Highly recommend!

we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Full size fridge with ice maker, two burner range and microwave and dishwasher. had no idea. Loved full length mirror on the bathroom door and work area that my husband made good use of. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good as well. plenty to chose from. The location felt safe and so much to do as far as shopping just down the street. 😀

I’m not complaining but it would be nice to have a bit bigger area for breakfast. they weren’t extremely busy at this time so we were good.

The front desk staffing. It appeared they were short staffed. It took 40plus minutes to check in. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk attending customers. I requested a 5p check in and still waited with no assistance for 10-15min

Lois was AMAZING! She was so hospitable & made us feel so comfortable. Actually everyone we meet there was really nice! The room was perfect & I LOVED the full sized fridge. Thank you for an amazing time!
