The room was very clean. The bed was firm, but quite comfortable. We did not use the wifi or the TV (it was a short overnight stay). The price point was mid-range and reasonable. We would definitely recommend staying at the Gateway Park hotel.

The breakfast did not have a large selection the morning we stayed, but what options there were was very good. The pillows were not as comfortable as we like, but maybe we could just have used the extra from the other bed...

The facility was located close to where our great grandson celebrated his 1st birthday party. We were able to walk across a snow cleared hotel parking lot to Squeelers BBQ Restaurant for a family evening get together even in snowy, below 0 temperatures. The facility was quiet and were able to get a great night's sleep. Also loved the extra towels we had in our bathroom even though we only used 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, a hand towel and a bath mat. Doesn't happen very often. Greatly appreciated.

We had difficulty getting into our room after checkin. The key card wasn't letting us in. Had to return to front desk to activate it. In our bathroom shower, one of the containers was missing.. The one container remaining was conditioner. So the missing one could have been shampoo or shower gel. We had brought shower gel and shampoo along. We had 2 bars of soap. Most likely, not intentional but oversights.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Had nice vending services, plus "happy hour" room and pool looked great although we didn't use it. A/C kept room comfortable and was quiet. Lots of extra towels and wash clothes provided.

Breakfast area wasn't fully stocked, no fresh fruit and had to ask for the waffle mix to be refilled. Hot items disappeared quickly. Had wrapped bagels but no muffins. Adequate seating.

The location, staff, and cleanliness were great.

The breakfast could have more variety, and some fresh fruit would be nice. A couple of the five mornings we were there, they ran out of forks, waffle batter, milk, and other items, and they were never restocked and we didn't see the breakfast lady again with 2 hours remaining for breakfast.

It was quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Clean. Shower head has options. It has breakfast hot foods and basic stuff. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. But I don't think it's 100+ value

The shower dispensers weren't on so they had tube shampoo... I don't think the price was a bit high for the location. The breakfast options were a bit odd, but still good. The location don't have any delivery services that reach them and most local food is closed by 8pm.. I was there on a Monday night.

We've stayed here before, we visit family in the area. Noticed the bathrooms have been updated & new carpeting in front entrance area and hallways.

The breakfasts weren't as good and too much of one item such as scrabbled eggs and next day not enough gravy for the biscuits and gravy. No bread to toast only bagels and muffins, on both days.

My room was more dated in the bathroom than other rooms I have stayed at in the same hotel. Paint peeling on the door, old tub/shower that needs replacements. It was clean, without a doubt but it is flat worn out.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We stayed an extra night. They have an excellent work culture. Every staff member we encountered was anxious to assist us. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was great.

The room was great! Spacious, and a nice place to relax and unwind after enjoying time in Sioux Falls. The staff were fantastic, too! They told us what was going on in the area for the weekend, made check-in and check-out a breeze, and even were able to help us out when we realized we didn't have a corkscrew with us.

I traveled with my 92 year old dad for a family wedding. The staff was so helpful & kind. They allowed us to have a late check out to make our last day easier. The staff takes pride in their property.
