I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

Great location and rooms were nice.

Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.

The property was very clean and close to many attractions

We booked the vacation club with a king size suite but upon arrival we were informed that the suite was not available and we were given a double queen room in the Hotel. This was not disclosed by booking.com that this could happen. We were lucky to get a room on premise because the staff informed us sometimes they have to send you to another location.

Everyone was super nice. We actually had an issue with our bathroom door and James his coworker came up to our room to fix it. Not only did they fix it but we enjoyed talking with them. When we saw them in the halls later on it felt like we were old friends - sense of familiarity. Fourth floor bar was our fav spot in the afternoons and Starbucks in the morning!

The convenience of the location was excellent. Everytime I stepped into the lobby it was a very good vibe! The pool bar was great for night caps, just too much smoke from the kitchen! Our studio was very comfortable and woked great for us!

Too smoky at pool bar when kitchen was cooking, they need better ventilation.

The corner unit we had was roomy and had everything we needed.

Would like to have seen a Margaritaville restaurant rather than the existing restaurant.

Quiet, Clean , great restaurant and Awesome entertainment

Took a little while for water to get hot for a shower .

The location to everything. Clean rooms. Great food choices and drink choices. Excellent pool and service at the pool
