Location was the main reason I booked the Moxy, it's right in the heart of lower Broadway so you can walk to all the nearby music. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel itself! It's kind of quirky, from the bar/check-in to the artwork throughout, kind of industrial modern. The room was small but efficient, the bathroom/shower was modern and clean. I loved the live music in the rooftop restaurant as well as the lobby all day and night. I heard several performers in my two day stay and they were all excellent. Definitely will stay here next time I'm in Nashville.

We paid for valet and one evening when we returned there wasn't a valet to be found. We waited nearly an hour for someone to return. Meanwhile the valet parking area at the front of the hotel was full with other people searching for valet as well and we had to either block the road or keep circling the block which took over 30 minutes to do because of the backed up traffic mainly in front of this hotel. A police officer arrived and spoke with Moxy guard about traffic situation. He just continued to stand at door. If I pay for valet I don't feel I should have to wait an hour for someone to come to my car and park it.

The location was a 15-minute walk to Nissan Stadium. In a 10-minute walking radius from the hotel, there were many famous music venues, restaurants, auditorium, museum, shopping, and good food. The staff was friendly, clean room and common areas. Using your key card to operate the elevators was a nice security feature, though I never felt not safe. Self check in lockers while you wait for your room was a great idea. The design of the room was creative and intetesting.. I would definitely stay here again.

There are a few things i disliked. The room was a little small, no dresser, no closet. But this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

The location was wonderful and the property was clean. There was a lot to do just at the property. There are water bottle refilling stations inside the Iron Room which is a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the showers had good water pressure.

The room did not have a mini fridge which would have been nice to have kept drinks cold. The chair in the room wasn't very comfortable and the only other seating option was a foldable chair, which also wasn't very comfortable.

Great location. Yes, you can hear the bands playing until about three in the morning, but we knew to expect that. The bar was fun, the musicians were great, and everybody had a good time. Met some really cool people!

Having a fire alarm go off at 4:30am last Thursday wasn’t fun at all. Had to get dressed and go outside, but luckily it was a false alarm. Then it went off two more short times after we went back to bed. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Location, easy fast check-in, great room that met all our needs

Ultra Modern clean friendly staff there's no better location live music and a bar in the reception area with a pool table they really think of everything we will stay here again

We've stayed at the moxie in Manhattan so we do realize the rooms are a little smaller but they're Ultra Modern and upon request they did bring us a mini fridge which is not standard in their rooms

The staff were outstanding. The check in counter at the bar was genious. Its Nashville, downtown, on the strip - perfect. Rooms were small, but we didnt stay in them much.

The bathrooms were a terrible design and that person should be fired. First the open shower is too small so water goes everywhere. Also they felt they needed shelving in the shower but that made the actual shower space that much smaller. You had to turn sideways to keep from hitting it. And then the Sink mirror has a shelf that protrudes over the sink which basically covers the sink by half. Splash water on your face and you either bang her forehead or water goes everywhere. It would have also been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to keep our bottled water in.

I loved the location of the property! Next door to our favorite bar of our trip! Barstool and Jelly Rolls Goodnight Nashville! Restaurant and bar was amazing too!

The only thing I did not like about the booking was that our room was not the room in the picture provided to us. Was different views than we were expecting.

I was charged by Moxy on my credit card and I’m still waiting for it to be refunded. I have talked to booking.com because Moxy said they did not fund the card in a proper amount of time. So know I’ve been charged twice.

I used affirm and booked through booking.com. I have done this before with no problem. This time Moxy also charged me on my card because they said booking.com didn’t fund the payment in a proper amount of time. I’m being charged by Moxy and I have the confirmation number and pin from booking. com so I’m trying to get my money back on my card.
