The "cottage" I stayed in is really a mobile home, with mobile home quality. For the same cost as a regular hotel, you also have to bring all your own linen, pillows, bed coverings. etc., and that wasn't made clear by Booking.com or the Camp Cardinal. Fortunately a friend warned me.

The water smelled horrible!! Everyone noticed as soon as they walked in! Didn't drink it or shower in it...just was not able to manage the smell! I understand about water being in the tank but this never got better. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. We had a great time and would love to come back but only if there's not a water problem of that magnitude!

I liked the fact it was secluded and the different facilities and activities.

stayed in F-lodge and had no internet. Recommend getting a Wi-Fi extender.

The campground is very well maintained. Cottage is a great choice if it is cold outside. And the location... Just wow.

Electric grill would have been a saviour if it's raining outside.
