The sheets were super soft and comfortable, as promised! We had a room with two beds and it was very spacious. The area where the hotel is situated is lovely and quiet while not being too distant a walk from attractions (e.g., 15-minute walk to space needle). I also felt very safe there. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. I loved pretty much everything about this place and would happily stay again.
I didn't love the policy of servicing/cleaning the room only every second day. We were there from a Sunday to a Thursday and this meant our room was only cleaned once for a 4-night stay (on the Tuesday). They do let you request refills for coffee pods/new towels in the interim, at least.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was nice to have on-site parking. The pineapple theme was very fun, and the size of the rooms was great. We loved the decor and free drinks, too. The location was quite convenient to access Seattle Center, as well, being only a block or so away from the ballet.
They didn't allow delivery drivers to come to the room, which was inconvenient. The beds were rather uncomfortable, and the insulation was surprisingly mediocre for the price point. There were also several signs of maintenance being so-so, as there were cracks in the wall, a broken panel on the jacuzzi, and the curtains were ripped in several areas.

It was nice. Room size was nice, beds comfy & staff great. Love that you could fill up water or get a quick little nibble. Bar area was nice & bartender was great ! Stef I believe his name was , was Awesome. We came in late & still was very patient & explained more than he had to but still took the time.
Not really close to anything open. I wish they could cut some trees down to see the space needle if you are on 3rd floor. There was a thai restaurant next block over that was a hidden gem. We did uber more than I'd wanted to, but it still was a nice hotel in a nice area. If you have pets, a great place to stay with nice treats Nothing really negative to say.

Our Aria King Room was spacious and well appointed with a desk, small refrigerator, small microwave, Keurig individual cup coffee maker, safe, two robes, luggage stand and a comfortable chair with ottoman. The bathroom, although small, was very functional. The walk in shower was nicely done ~ without a shower door but set up such that water stayed within the confines of the shower. Provided soap, shampoo and lotion was of good quality and towels were thick and absorbent. The King Bed was comfortable and the Scandanavian Sleep Method bedding was of high quality and allowed for a restful night. Although our rooms location was overlooking Roy Street which we thought might cause it to be noisy and too light for a restful nights sleep, happily I can say that was not so. There was no noticeable street noise and the black out curtains did an excellent job of doing just that, blacking out the exterior lights.
We woke up to no hot water and the employees at the front desk could not offer any "compensation" for this major inconvenience. Customers who complained were simply given the General Manager's business card and told they could contact her with their complaint? Not acceptable customer service. Could have been a 10.0 rating but reduced it to 8.0 because of this inability to address a major inconvenience on the spot.

My family enjoyed the accommodations! The entire experience was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful. We had two (2) rooms. Each was very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to dining establishments and to the attractions we wanted to visit. All were in walking distance from the hotel. My grandchildren (ages 7 and 9) loved the interactive drawing activity in the lobby and the elevator mini shows! 😀 They also each received a Dash puppy for a souvenir!
I missed getting the cinnamon roll each morning. They were sold out early!

The room was well sized, as well as the bathroom. The decor was fun in the lobby. It was located in Queen Anne neighborhood near many tourists' spots within walking distance. Also, in walking distance to lots of great food and coffee.
The super thick duvet covers. They are fluffy and seem luxurious but really just kept falling off the bed while sleeping. You were either too hot because they are so thick or too cold because the cover had fallen off the bed.

The location was ideal for folks going to the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. The room was very nice, the beds extremely comfortable. The room amenities included a Keurig with full size ceramic pineapple mugs and real creamer in the mini fridge. Also real glassware for beverages. The lobby had a chiller with several full sized bottles of wine and various juices for purchase. There were several comfortable seating areas in the lobby with sofas, chairs, and ottomans, perfect for people watching, getting warm by the fire, or watching a game with friends. The bar was a fun place to hang out, comfortable seating , good drinks, and welcoming atmosphere.
Only thing needed is a hot tub. The pool area was nice with loungers, but a hot tub would have been great. Factor in that we stayed in January, so it was cold!

The staff was friendly, the decor was funky, and the cookies were delicious. My twin girls (9) had a blast. Basically, everything was "so cool!" according to them. I agree! The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. The pool is small, but the perfect size for kids to have fun in. The lobby is a fun and welcoming place to hang out for happy hour or breakfast, and the afternoon cookies and coffee were a highlight of both days. My kids have already decided that we are coming back for their birthday in December.
I was a bit disappointed in the menu at the "Pineapple Bistro & Bar." The online menu looked delightful, with a small but wide variety and even a small kid's menu. But in reality, it was only a few sandwiches, salads, and bar appetizers. We also wish there was a hot tub to accompany the pool!

The property is very clean and safe! We easily walked to the Space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture, and the Chihuly Gardens. Everyone was very kind, especially in the restaurant/bar.
Even though the room held 6 people, it was small. Also, the parking garage is really tight and hard to maneuver. I wish the pineapple cookies were out for a longer period of time….we were only at the hotel at that time once during our week long stay.

I loved that the hotel offered free bicycles and we spent 6 hours riding around Seattle. It's one of the main reasons I chose this hotel along with price, location and reviews. I would love if the hotel added water cages to the bicycles and made sure all the bike seats were adjustable. Having a set of tools on hand would be a bonus to make minor adjustments. We stopped at REI to get the seat adjusted. The free glass of wine was a nice touch, the rooms are roomy, and the bed, pillow and twin duvet are super comfortable. I would have like to have had a super powerful shower head after the day's bike ride, but I survived. We would stay here again.
