The soup/chili/chips and salsa in the afternoon was a nice surprise, and it was great to have coffee and tea available all day.

This isn't really the hotel's fault, but the team of twelve year old hockey players completely dominated the lobby and breakfast area with their rink-side-volume-level conversations. I've got teenagers and I've traveled with their teams before; I get it - I don't expect them to treat it like a library, but it's also not a gym, which is what the breakfast area felt like. None of the team's parents said anything to the kids until after I (to the complete embarrassment of my own children) asked them to be quiet myself. They'd also been running around knocking on doors and waking people up (including us) in the morning. We got hit three times. Bottom line, I suggest that the hotel think twice about welcoming the West Sound Warriors back to their property.

Property was clean and nice. Advertisements matched what was presented in real life. Staff was super polite and helpful. The people that were attending breakfast were phenomenal. It was super busy but they were running around to keep everything cleaned and stocked. Staff was provided recommendations on places to eat and recreational areas. Just super courteous and friendly in every aspect

The pool area smelled so singly of bleach, but the hot tub looked very dirty and had foggy water. Despite having an extra room for eating it was very hard time at seat at breakfast. The place was packed for the entirety of breakfast hours.

I made the mistake of reading Google reviews after I booked a non refundable room here, and it scared me. Thankfully, this place was nothing like the bad reviews were saying. The beds are fine (this isn't the Ritz, and I didn't pay for the Ritz, so no, there's no pillow top, but they're still way more comfortable than Motel 6). There wasn't a big gap under our door. We didn't hear a bunch of noise from our neighbors or the hallway. The breakfast was just fine, and definitely better than hospital food. The staff were wonderful. This horrible "Echo" woman some people wrote about must not work there anymore, as we never saw her. We had a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely stay here again. I loved that I could always get hot coffee in the lobby (they only give you 2 K-cups, although you can request more, but the lobby coffee tastes better). I loved the manager's reception with the soup and chili and juice and cookies. Breakfast had so many choices and was better than at the Wenatchee Inn, and better than the instant oatmeal and granola bars we usually do when we stay in an Air BnB. The hotel is right off Highway 2, so it's a direct drive to Leavenworth that is only 20 minutes in good traffic. Again, this is not the fanciest motel, but just still worlds better than Motel 6 and only costs a little bit more AND comes with a filling breakfast. This place is a fantastic value for the price. If you need fancier, like pillow top beds and a warmer pool, then you'll need to go to a place that costs more.

Other reviewers are right, the pool is freezing. It's definitely colder than other commercial and hotel pools (I'd guess by 10 degrees F). It was more like swimming in a PNW lake. I couldn't manage to get in further than my knees, and didn't feel like it would be "fun" as an adult to force myself by jumping in. Instead, I only used the hot tub, which was also cooler than other places, by probably 5 degrees F. It probably would have helped if the air temperature of the pool room was warmer too, it was probably only 70-75 degrees F, so it was cold when you got out of the water. Also, our room was really humid, even though we kept the fan on and Wenatchee is not a humid area. It was really weird. We had to turn down the heat 5 degrees lower than we're used to, so we weren't too hot.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Comfort Suites. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering us free cribs for our baby. The bed and couch were both very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful stay. The location was ideal, with convenient parking, making our experience hassle-free. We booked this room for our Leavenworth trip, and the hotel’s proximity—just a 25-minute drive—made it a perfect choice. Best of all, it saved us over $150 compared to staying at a hotel in Leavenworth. Overall, this was a great value and a fantastic experience!

One area for improvement would be the gym. A larger gym room with more equipment would be a great addition to enhance the overall experience.

Just an outstanding property. We were very favorably impressed. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed talking with Donna at breakfast. She is very knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations of what we could do in the area. The rooms are larger than other comparable motels in the area. Having a partition between the bed and the sofa made the room more like a suite. In the evening, the Manager's Reception, was nice there were two options for a soup plus tortilla chips and salsa. The drinks that were available for free were non-alcoholic. There is beer and wine available for purchase.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. It was a great experience. We definitely would come again.

I was staying at the hotel to be close to the hospital. It was a great proximity.due to my schedule I didn't eat breakfast. I can say it smelt good. There was not coffee, tea, and cocoa to go (it was available all day along with ice water). We were able to have late check out at noon. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The shampoo had a wonderful fragrance. Nice toiletries give that luxury vibe.

We were only there for one night and checked in the evening. Even though not a vacation it was nice to use the pool and spa. Unfortunately, it closes at ten.

Nice big room with a comfy bed and a big couch. Waling distance to Confluence State Park, the Wenatchee Loop Trail and Arby's. Friendly staff. Within a 20 minute drive of the 'Bavarian' town of Leavenworth and 45 minutes to lake Chelan.

The gym is very small and only has two pieces of cardio equipment (treadmill and bike) and the bike was mostly broken. You couldn't adjust the seat and one pedal was limping. It's nice that they have a pool, but it is mostly for kids playing. It is too small to swim laps in. In general, I prefer if hotels use refillable bottles for shampoo and body wash. Here you get small plastic bottles for shampoo and small bars of soap. Unfortunately, there are no soap dishes.

Area felt safe. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and spacious.

This hotel needs a policy that requires guests to wear clothing and shoes outside of the pool area. I did not appreciate walking into the elevator and it being wet from people barefoot and not knowing how to dry themselves after getting out of the pool. It was also odd checking in and seeing families in bathing suits in the lobby barefoot grabbing cookies. The eggs were consistently over-cooked. No bacon. The biscuits were old/stale.

The rooms are very spacious and clean . The beds are some of the most comfortable I have found in hotels. The location is great gorgeous us, ee visit our son who lives in Orondo.

I have stayed there many times and the breakfast always stood out as a plus. This time it was lacking. Biscuits were like sawdust, gravy had no flavor. The eggs were fine. Overall just unappetizing. Same offerings the second day so just had cereal.

included breakfast was really pretty good. Probably the best one we have ever had for an included breakfast. Nice room, comfortable bed, good size room. Staff friendly, everything very clean.

They don't give any liquid soap and they don't give you enough shampoo even for 1 wash. Such a nice property and facilities, but this was the only thing lacking-of course they gave us more shampoo upon request, but the property should give liquid soap and larger bottles of shampoo.
