Too far away from everything. No food options nearby. Also it’s a little dirty (cockroaches and mold). I think they got the right mindset, but they need to go the extra mile. Also, installing curtains in a 14(?) person dorm should be mandatory and doesn’t require much extra work. Many people complained about it

It has everything you'd expect from a hostel, although walking along the main throughfare, I did not see a sign with the name of the Hostel. Anyhow, no complains with regards to the beds/room. The buffet breakfast (not included unless booked directly) had a good variety and is an absolute steal!

It is a little hike uphill, about 10 minutes on foot from the Church. It can be a noisy, especially at the wee hours of the morning as it is just across the street from a very busy bus company. It was "recommended" to remove your footwear at the entrance, although not everybody did that, and the floor was not kept very clean, also probably due to the sheer amount of people there

I stayed for 3 nights and this place is very strategic for me because in front of the hostel there is an HK buslines office which is only a short walk to the hostel (take a bus from Hanoi to Sapa), besides this hostel has a room that makes me very comfortable with a balcony in front of the room and a view of the street. The distance from the hostel to Sun Plaza is quite close, less than 5 minutes, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, next time if I come back to Sapa I will book this hostel again. ❤️❤️

Breakfast was freshly prepared and served by 4 dedicated kitchen staff who makes sure you have their best attention and servings. Meals including awesome pizza are freshly prepared, baked and served. The owners (host and hostess) provide the best seamless hospitality. Beds are wide, mattresses comfortable, high quality bed sheets, super white and clean, with privacy curtains option at your choice. Showers were clean and hot water 24/7. Toilets were super clean with ample/huge tissue roll.

Perfect place for a communal stay, where unfortunately the next bed occupant snored...

The Room and beds are very clean, and so are the bathroom and toilets! Only downside is that it would be nice, if the beds had curtains. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! We were able to check in late at night as we arrived with a sleeper bus. Furthermore, the staff helped us book tickets to Fansipan, and the owner offered to drive us himself. They also assisted us, when having to book a sleeper bus to Ninh Binh, which was extremely difficult, as almost everything was sold out, because it was a national holiday, but they made a few calls and booked one for us!

It would’ve been nice, if the beds had curtains, but other than that, it is good value for money!

We arrived with a night bus at 6am and they let us take a rest in the common area and leave the backpacks in the storage room which was nice. The check in was strictly at 2pm as written. The room was really nice, to be fair I got scared by the reviews but I found it spacious and clean. The bed had a really hard mattress, anyway I had a good sleep on it. The food is good and at a good value for the city standards. Yes there is a bit of a walk to do to arrive at the city center but to be fair Sapa is a giant tourist trap and the good parts which are the trekking can start directly from the hostel or at an NGO agency nearby.

Nice room with the option to have breakfast, any drink or dinner and other services like laundry or motorbike rent.

Room supposed to come with high speed internet as advertised by booking (higher charge) however it was not the case but I was refunded the extra charge by the property which was fair. However it was important for me to have good WiFi so I would not book it if I knew the service could not be provided. I blame booking.com for the false information. Still did not get any response after raising it a week ago.

This was exceptional value for money and despite some gripes it would not put me off staying again

We arrived in the early hours and despite having informed the hostel in advance the attitude of the reception was very poor (no welcome, no information and continued to eat and watch TV during check in) We couldn't get the heating to work and there were some small stains on the bedding. That said the room was very nice (though the garden and balcony would not be a selling point!) We had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed and the receptionist in the morning was very helpful

The best bang for your buck in Sapa! A spacious public space where you can hang out in various seated areas, the food is also great, I had the pizza and it was very close to the one I had in Italy. The Viet food is also good and the price matches what's normal in Sapa (pho = 50k). The breakfast buffet for 60k is pretty nice too since a coffee + light meal will set you north of 100 most of the time in Sapa.

Not something I personally disliked, but the rooms felt a bit too open. No curtains or privacy, but it can apparently be requested if you want. Also the location is a 10-15 minute walk to downtown depending on your pace. This wasn't the end of the world for me, but I can imagine to some people it might not be ideal, but I stayed at 4 other places and this one was definitely the best in terms of bang for your buck!

I was very pleased with my private room. Very clean, lots if space and great having apple TV. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the sofas were much more comfortable - and the bathroom was quite cramped with dirty, crusty towels. On arrival there was noone at reception for around 25 minutes which was a nuisance. Overall though I qas pleased wiih the stay and for the price it exceeded my expectations and I would definetelt stay again

The beds were uncomfortable, very hard and sire on the back. Towels could have been cleaner and more fresh.
