It is the second time I stayed in the hotel; first time not the best experience; seems they have improved many aspects. The location is perfect; room was ok; breakfast very good; staff very polite and supportive to help with all needs.

bed could be better, AC a little noisy; and there is a hidden tax *(municipality tax) that does not show in the booking reservation, in the check-in they do not mention about it, only being mentioned in the check-out that you must pay for it.

Location was very good, the room was a good size and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, not great.

Payment was difficult. On arrival the desk clerk tried my debit card a number of times and it didn't work. She said to pay in the morning. I think she did something to block the card because it didn't work in the morning either. The morning clerk would not allow me to make a bank transfer and then got angry with us, thinking we were trying to scam the hotel. He was rude, instead of helpful. I ended up walking a few blocks for an ATM to take out enough cash to pay the bill. The experience makes me not want to stay at this hotel again. Oh, and my card worked everywhere else in Buenos Aires before and afterwards.

Easy access, great shower, great location for my purposes, very friendly people.

The breakfast is not bad but the saloon is a little small when most of the tables are being used. And I miss some items in a hotel breakfast like scrambled eggs and real orange juice.

Arrogant guys at the reception when we arrived. He was more relaxed when we paid the room. Eggs were missing at the breakfast, it would cost extra. I would expect more from this kind of hotel. Many moskitos at the breakfast.

The receptionists are very friendly and polite. Good location in the city center. The room is well equipped and with a fair nice decoration.

The tank of the toilet was very noisy and annoying as the water kept flushing. I found a living cockroach in my room. The card of the room demagnetised once and I had to go downstairs to change it.

The staff are excellent. Breakfast was pretty good. Continental, but nice variety.

Both times we were there, there were different issues with each room. So both visits we changed rooms. The staff were great though and helped make the transition easy. I am basing my room recommendations on our second room each time.

This is a well located hotel in Downtown BA. The finish and fittings are very good as was the bed but the rooms are small. Breakfast was excellent although I would have liked t have access to one hot dish eg scrambled eggs.

The light wells allowed view into adjacent rooms requiring curtains to be closed

The hotel is older, which of course we knew when we booked it, but the pictures make it look more modern than it is. We didn't use room service. I don't think they have it. Not sure.
