Kind staff, good communication, I was able to request a ground floor room. There is a large garden to exercise the dog

The restaurant was closed on a Sunday night in October. Such a shame. I’ve previously stayed here and was able to have drinks on the terrace and take my small dog into the restaurant. Unfortunately, this time it was closed and every other restaurant in walking distance had ‘no dogs allowed’ signs on the door. I would like to return but will need to check before booking next time.

Straight off the motorway, easy to find Comfortable room fabulous bed and pillows plus extra pillows, great big tv. Had the best nights sleep of our whole holiday, if you don’t fancy paying for breakfast there are lots of options surrounding the area

Lift is very small don’t know if you would get a wheelchair in, just about fits 2 people. Breakfast was a disappointment not as good as the Ibis in Troyes which is a real shame

The hotel is located in a business park. It's strictly meant for people passing through Chambéry, and need a room for the night. In that respect, it fits the bill perfectly. Affordable, clean, friendly staff, simple yet effective accommodation.

Proximity to the motorway, excellent for continuing our trip to the alps. Gated parking. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Bad insulation, we could hear everything happening in other rooms. In the breakfast room, the machine does only espresso, coffee or café allongé.

excellent position, right on the exit of the highway, commercial area with a big shopping mall right around the corner. 10 min to the historic city center by car

Clean and comfortable for overnight stop. Large bed with crisp bedding. Good Restaurant and bar nearby. Also a great clothing shop opposite.

Everything was as described. Location was very close to the highway. Very comfortable bed. Private locked parking area behind the gate.

It's a pity they don't have a kettle in a room to make tea or coffee.

The room was very homely comfy and clean could not fault it . The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and very filling MY husband and I always stop at this ibis on our way to Italy and on our way back as we know its going to be good serves and very confit able.

There realy is nothing that I did not like about this place as I said we stay here every year.

Excellent location next to a retail park with Carrefour nearby. Quiet considering location next to motorway, enormous car park gated at night. Took only a couple of minutes to re-join the motorway in the morning, and continue our journey. Highly recommend La Cote et l'Arete Steak House immediately opposite for an evening meal. A top notch burger and Mt Blanc beer only 22 euros. We will be back.

Breakfast at 10 euros seemed expensive for what we were offered, especially compared to similar roadside hotels in France. Cooked bacon and or scrambled eggs would have been nice. At least something hot. Orange juice had run out. On the plus side the Madeleine cakes ( under a heater so crunchy outside ) were delicious, and the various seeded / fruited breads to die for ! The bread-knife was blunt.

It was comforting after a long drive and specially nice to sit outside with an Aperol spritz which I had to bring myself

Only that it would have been even better if Aperol Spritz had been available on the premises.
