We stayed at the Travelodge on 3 occasions during our 6 week holiday and were very pleased with each stay. The staff remembered us each week as we came and went due to flights in and out of Edmonton. The on-tap coffee and hot drinking water throughout the day (near Reception) and the breakfast were appreciated. The rooms did vary dependent on what was available when we booked, but they were all acceptable and more. Parking onsite was good and there were plenty of nearby food options.

Location was a bit further from the airport than other hotels, but that was clearly reflected in the lower price, so not an issue with a hire car.

Good that coffee was available for off hours. Excellent in having fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and appreciate that. Could hear when other room used their washroom, but it wasn't excessive. I like that mattresses were fully encased in bugproof zippered mattress covers and gave me confidence of not bringing home unwanted guests.

It was hard to access, but the hotel has no control over road construction. Possibly could have communicated via email that best access was through 50th street and how to avoid construction. It would have saved me time so I wouldn't have been late to engagement.

I liked that I was able to come and go easily and had everything right in my room.

The shower head was not very good, I stayed in room 111 and it was spraying everywhere. I also found the bedding was very thin, only a sheet rather than a comforter.

The staff were great. The room was a good size. They had coffee available all day. Whilst parts of the hotel are ageing other parts are modern. They appear to be slowly renovating. It is about 5kms to the airport. There are a number of food options close by.

Small dated room, uncomfortable bed, table chairs seemed like they may break, bathroom layout was very strange, if someone was in the bathroom no one could be at the sink getting ready because the person in the bathroom wouldn’t be able to get the out. The building is also not the same as show on the pictures on the outside.

The room was excellent! It was one-bedroom and had a little kitchenette - so there's lots of space! We were on a corner so we had access to 2 outside windows, which was nice. Also, it was very quiet.

Breakfast was more of a "token breakfast"

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing first thing in the morning. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The bed was uncomfortable, it felt like I was laying on a piece of plywood.

Complemary breakfast was nice to have.

Scrambled eggs or bacon or hashbrowns or berries and fruits for breakfast would make it better.

A quiet nights sleep

It's an older hotel that needs some upgrading and basic repairs. Wash basin was cracked and repaired with silicone and there were 3 cracked tiles in the bathroom.

I like their Staff duty that day (3.9.24) i forgot his name but his duty until 11pm, Iveson sound like his name, he is so polite and accommodating, he put me on a nice room.
