Smooth check-in, clean and comfy room, and the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! Complimentary breakfast buffet was great, and I appreciated having a Starbucks location on-site.

I would have preferred to stay closer to the Rogers Center, where I was attending a concert, but booking last minute, there were fewer options available. Being in close proximity to the airport made our room noisy at times, and it took longer getting to and from downtown than I'd have liked, but we enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

The reception personnel were very useful during the checking process; the room are very clean and comfortable and the facilities the hotel have are great, the location is excellent to move to any place in the town and near to the airport.

Only that at the computer facility one night was one indigent and He was using the computer together with some guest and nobody put attention to this after He went out and ask for a cigarette that I don't answer and He left to the main door.

check-in was difficult and no indication where the registration was. All around the building are no parking signs so you have to enter the paid parking lot and drag your luggage to the doors. There was only one bellboy trying to service some 30 people in the main hall. Instructions on how to check in and park your car in the middle of the no parking signs would be helpful

The breakfast was delightful with lots of variety and pleasant staff. Comfortable and clean room, excellent pool and facilities.

My purse was stolen from the restaurant in the hotel and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss this with. I was not impressed with the attitude of the staff or the fact that no one seemed to care. I was given different information by staff members, which contradicted what the other had said. Very disappointed in the lack of support from the hotel team.

The room was very attractive and clean. It meant our needs perfectly, an attractive room at a great price. It had all the conveniences that we needed for our stay. The facilities were very nice. We enjoyed a drink at the lot 42 bar one evening which was trendy and chill.

Unfortunately the location was just far enough from the city that it took 45 minutes to get to many of our destinations due to the amount of traffic. Some noise from the airport, but not enough that we had any trouble sleeping... and the hotel kindly provided ear plugs. If you're looking for a glamorous view out the window, this is not the spot for you. We opted for a pretty room at a great price and it worked out well for our stay.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable, including swimming pool and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good, eggs, bacon, fruits, jogurt...just vegetables was missing. The location is very near the airport so it was easy and fast to get to Toronto Downtown (shuttle to the airport and then by train). On the other hand there was noise from the planes and the surrounding was nothing special. But this is not critics, we were aware of that, just saying.

The staff was so "nice" during the breakfast that it was sometimes annoying.

Carpet in halls, room need to be replaced. Room never dropoed below 23 c , we had it checked by maintenence...he couldnt change it..brought us a fan.

The pool was large and accommodating and the most of the front desk staff were wonderful. The house keeping attendant was absolutely the sweetest and arranged our children’s stuffies in cute ways all over the room. They loved seeing it!

The parking situation was very confusing. The first front desk associate was very pleasant and helpful but when we had trouble, the next associate we dealt with was rude and very short with us. The first man should teach lessons in customer service, we was really a gem. The bathroom also didn’t have a functioning fan. After four showers, the bathroom was filled to the brim with steam and the ceiling was bubbling. Not a good sign.

Great location. Easy access via free shuttle to and from airport, so you can catch the train downtown. Super hotel. Lovely rooms and facilities. Front desk staff, Olivia and Nash were wonderful - management needs to keep them, superstars!

Where to catch the shuttle bus at the airport was not clearly explained, so ended up waiting in the wrong place for an hour!! If you come into terminal 3, follow hotel shuttle signs to go outside, then walk to the number 41 in a blue circle on the wall. If you come into terminal 1, follow hotel shuttle signs and go out of the door marked R.

Everything is fine, but I need to get $200 back from the deposit.

I liked everything. The only thing I'm waiting for is the return of the deposit money.
