The layout was so comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and the breakfast was so good. Very thing was better than expected. Although the space may have appeared small, the layout of the space was creative and well thought out for families. It was enough space for us. Like the balcony off the living room and it was quiet. All staff was friendly and personable.

Overall decent place

Paying for parking Breakfast was limited selection and not good variety. Once things ran out like orange juice it didn't get replaced with over hour and half left till Breakfast ended.. Sausage was nasty no waffle options just blah food choices

The bed was OK. The staff was great. I liked the price. The stay over all was OK. I was happy having a kitchen

There was down pillows and I'm allergic. I took my husband's cotton pillow but I woke up congested every day because I was near down. There really shouldn't be down pillows in hotels these days because a lot of people are allergic The place we kinda dated. The sink was way too high. We ran out of Tissues. There wasn't enough towels. Parking is weird at this place

The location was great, and the suite was fantastic. A ton of value for the price.

I only had one issue and that was the lack of a waffle maker at the breakfast bar. Most hotels we stay visit have at least one and I really look forward to my waffles in the morning.

Good location for us. We have used this property twice when visiting the area. We like having the separate bedroom and living room area. When we pull out the sleeper sofa for our son, it works well because he likes "having his own space" separate from where mom and dad sleep.

My check-in rate and reservation did not match what I was provided by Booking.com and the front desk person said she could not provide the room we requested (no rooms available) at the rate we were given. Fortunately, a manager was able to make the change and found the exact room we had reserved. (shocking) Could not even identify the hotel staff when we arrived because no one was in uniform and everyone was relaxing in the lobby area. I understand being a little more relaxed in the late night hours but this was at 9:30pm. Also, no basic instruction like directions to elevators or our rooms, no guidance on time for breakfast, etc. Basics were overlooked.

I only stayed for one night, but I like that the room is equipped with a kitchen. The facility was very clean and the bed comfortable. The area is decent as well.

When you get off the elevator and when you step into the facility there is a sign clear as day that says the whole facility is nonsmoking however when I got to the floor of my room, it was quite clear that someone has been smoking either in the hallway or in their room. The smell was still lingering the next day. I am not holding the facility responsible for what someone does in his/her room but I feel that they could have done more to help with the stench.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was great. Location was perfect for our needs.

Elevator was out making it a little difficult to get around but that's only temporary.

Nice safe location, home like feel, clean, friendly staff, great full complimentary breakfast, safe clean parking lots, near interstate and airport but not busy and noisy, near restaurants and shopping centers.

Our suite was like a small apartment which was really nice. The only complaints were the chairs/sofa need cleaning and bathtub/shower/sink needs updating.

Didn't realise we were on the flight path. In the middle of the night we thought there was a light plane coming into the room. We suggest you alert customers to the fact that they will hear overhead flights taking off.
