There Is Nothing I Didn’t Like About This Hotel

Great location with easy access, staff was friendly plenty of items for the kitchen to borrow and in the room, I loved the case downstairs of books and games and movies to borrow, the showers were great and clean.

There was a lot of trash and crumbs under our beds

The motel was extraordinarily clean and everyone that works here is extraordinarily friendly and unbelievably kind and helpful! It means so much! 💞💞

There is nothing that I don’t like about this property! Everything at the Candlewood Suites is Perfect!

As we were traveling with someone who had a dog, this was one of the few hotels in the area that allowed animals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice looking gym (did not use). Location was near many restaurants.

The building was getting a little dated, but it was still clean and kept up. Not to be critical of Jacksonville as a city, but it is basically one strip mall after another. Its location was along one of the major strips.

The room was comfortable and had amenities that other hotels no longer have. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The next time that we need a room in Jacksonville, we will be staying here again.

Very clean and friendly, no problems and the staff at the front desk were an absolute pleasure. We even made friends with 2 of them. Price was great and comfortable for our first trip as adults.

No breakfast with a kitchen part of the room. Bed was comfortable and things seemed clean. Bath sink didn’t have anything but luke warm water though kitchen and tub did have hot water .

There was hair on the towels & blankets, doesn’t seem very sanitary

They were remodeling and the smell of paint was very strong but I also appreciate the fact that they were keeping the facility updated so I can’t fault them for that.

Full kitchen, stocked with dishes and utensils. Very clean, modern look. Loved the room and the beds. Absolutely zero complaints.
