The lady at the front that checked us in was kind and friendly.

When we booked the room it was not disclosed that we'd need to pay a deposit. Which was no big deal, we were just not expecting it. Also e t.v. in our room was leaning the legs were broken, and my husband was so afraid they were going to keep our deposit bc of it.

We love the bed but needed more pillows. Room was spacious continental breakfast was ok but needed an attendant because we had to help ourselves to the refrigerator to supply us with milk and orange juice was like water.

More pillows and large towels were not provided due to cleaning not completed. We did brought our own but shouldn't have to use then for shower use.

People that rent the rooms are not very nice. They don't think about other people.

The tone of the manager when checking in. The fact that it has roaches the rooms need painting floors need cleaning . Hotel can use some upgrades.

They could put more towels in the room and have the electric check due to you couldn't use the microwave without all the power going out. Heat wasn't working. They promote new rooms but the bathrooms could be redone.
