Very friendly and accomodating staff - My family and I were playing cards in the lobby. We thought the front desk person was coming to yell at us, but she actually asked if we wanted water. Very clean facilities and rooms. The pool area was very clean pleasant. Breakfast was yummy Complimentary popcorn in the lobby

The included breakfast was only 3 options from their bistro - oatmeal, banana and a muffin or a breakfast sandwich each with a choice of coffee or a juice. Location looked sketchy on approach

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to stay here. Well, I have to say the reviews are wrong! It turned to be very nice stay. I even overheard a couple not happy with something to do with their room, who I to believe to be the manager, was going above and beyond to take care of them. Something I don't see anymore in customer service, which I see rarely! I am very impressed with this place.

Honestly, don't fix what is not broken.

When I booked, I thought it was complimentary breakfast. I didn't request a quiet room like stated in the question above and there was 2 long pieces of hair on the shower wall and a glob of hair on the wash rags which was pretty gross. when I booked, it also said 2 Queen peds and a sofa bed.But that's not the room I received

Room was confortable.

e hated the breakfast made to order. One person working and food was cold when we got it. Had to pay for orange juice. They should can this process and go to open buffet like most good hotels do. They charged us 12.00 for parking in their parking lot. If I had known this in advance I would not have stayed there.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly.

Luckily this weekend parking was free. Normal $12 per day. I wouldn't have been happy with that. You pay enough for the rooms. Parking should be free.

It's really clean and nice but you have to pay for breakfast, it's not included. The only thing I didn't like was that there were hardly any channels on the TV and Netflix wouldn't connect.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I was worried about noise due to the proximity to the highway. Request a room on the other side.

All was fine. We changed rooms as they had put us on a street side room, which was a bit noisy.

The location is near several restaurants that you can access through the parking lots instead of getting on the interstate to get back to the hotel. Booking has the correct map, so do NOT bother with navigation app when you get to Amarillo. Print it if you think you’ll have any doubts when you get to town. I requested a room near an exit so it would be easy to get my dogs out for walks and potty breaks, and they quickly replied they would be glad to accommodate. My room was near an exit, but on the second floor. No way was one of my greyhounds doing those stairs, so we walked to the elevator near the lobby every time. There is a big field across from the lobby for walking; lighting was adequate at night.

There is a $75 non refundable pet fee, and they charged $10 for parking in their open lot—not a garage. Neither of these fees were mentioned when booking a room. I didn’t see any breakfast available, and was under the impression it wasn’t included with the room anyway. They should refund the pet fee if room is left clean.

Very clean. Big room. Very comfortable. Front desk lady was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was really pricey. I ordered 2 black coffee’s and the woman behind the counter made them with 2 shots of espresso and hot water. I found this odd and then noticed there was free complimentary coffee next to the breakfast bar. Why didn’t she just tell me that instead of charging me $4 a cup of what clearly wasn’t traditional coffee????

Location was perfect, right off the interstate. It was very clean. All 5 of my family members slept comfortably.
