we had an early plane to catch before BF time so did not use Room was nice, bed comfortable We got woke up around 1230 AM due to extremely loud folks that had apparently just arrived in room above us Waited an hr for them to get settled before calling the front desk-they said they would tell them to quiet down-it took about an hr for them to totally do this Hotel cannot always control unruly folks but they tried We were not the only one to complain Would stay here again but would request a 4th floor room

Breakfast was good, beds clean and comfortable. Pillows were a good firmness. Accessible room comes with a shower chair. Convenient outlets and really good internet speeds for free!

Air conditioner doesn't have a constant air flow on cool mode, so room can get stuffy. Shower curtain isn't long enough in the accessible tub to block the water from getting on the floor. Microwave is very loud but works well.

Quiet place and clean .Staff very helpful and great customer service. Closer to UNT university, the mall and others stores . Very accessible and affordable. Also you can enjoy the pool with your family.

On the hall way some part of the hotel smell humidity . Maybe you have to put some aromatic spray to smell better.

The females at the front desk were absolutely amazing, while the males lacked any kind of personality and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there.

Room spelled like disinfectant. Made me think it had been cleaned. Like that there was no carpet just wood like floors

The property was in a nice location. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a bad smell upon entering the lobby but the smell was not in the rooms.

Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast on time and fair variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Location easy to access.
