The room was a great clean when we first got in fully stocked a little on the small side but no the less great had a lot of amenities to purchase (food , drinks , medicine, alcohol) and amenities for free (boredgames , pool table , foosballtable , free cookies , dog treats , pool , etc).

They didn’t come in and clean my room after my first night I didn’t have a do not disturb sign up so I don’t know why they never did on the mirror it had a sticker saying they clean the room everyday during your stay but wasn’t the case for us . Which sucked since we love after a long day to come to a made bed . Also the pool closed at 10pm I was hoping they’d stay open longer at least.

Comfortable. Staff was very helpful in helping us rent a car.

Laundry located in the hotel would have been very helpful. We were traveling via train across the country, making clean clothes difficult.

The location and the price. Wish there were closer restaurants and that more than one elevator worked. I will return because didn't think there was anything that was truly disappointing just minor quirks.

Only one elevator was working which made it a bit inconvenient and having to request room service every day. I would think my room would get serviced daily.

shower had no hot water, had to ask for it to be reset, after that it was OK.
