- great food for breakfast and dinner, really great choice and low prices - wonderful service, very nice and helpful - well-stocked shop on the premises - transport to Universal Studio provided, you just have to book in advance

- the room and bathroom were old, and you can feel it. - you can't open the window, so you have to air the room with the door open - difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower and a noisy toilet - the bathtub is really old and you can see that you can't wash it to make it clean/white, so you have the impression that it's not very clean - very old furniture, it smelled bad

Location- convenience to get around by Lynx/i-trolley from/to airport, seaworld, magic kingdom, universal orlando. Walking distance to CVS, whole foods, fast restaurants ie mcdonalds, popeyes, etc

Be careful about cheaper tickets to universal orlando by the Wydham club staff opposite the reception area. Too good to be true. The fact that the hotel reception gave me “a complementary welcome pack voucher” and not knowing what it was tells a lot! Yes, you Ashley! When i asked for clarification about the voucher her face and toned changed and saying she know nothing about it. Why would you give to your hotel guests in the first place if you dont know whether it’s a scam or not? Also, writing your name on the voucher? You probably get some commissions on that too right? Disgusting! Please google about wyndham club timeshare everyone.

there are NO microwaves in the rooms. You will have to walk to the lobby to use one of the two microwaves...(make sure to have your own container.) Breakfast is good, could be better if the fruit were fresh and not from a can and if there were more vegan or vegetarian options.

Value for money lots to do in and around the hotel. The buffet restaurant on site was good value.

this is our second stay at a Rosen in Orlando and it was very good for the price. No heavy cigarette or weed smoke outside, very quiet and safe. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the ac was cold and the shower worked great after a long day in the parks. The small store inside the lobby was a great place to pick up a few snacks and drinks after arriving back to the room late at night.

we did find a roach in the wardrobe but we killed it and didn't see any more. You have to remember that you're in Florida and the little guys will get in anywhere. It was definitely not an infestation, but there was one there and we had no more problems with them during our stay.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Rosen Inn International. I had a good sized room with all the needed facilities and I also liked that it was safe and had security all around. It was centrally located so you could walk to some shops and attractions nearby. There was also an I-ride trolley that rides on International Drive which was easy to use and not too expensive. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the Universal studios. To go to Disney World, they use a third party organisator but it wasn't too expensive. Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay and would book it again.

As I had a bit of an issue with my foot, I would've liked some more assistance when I checked-in but they relocated my room with an elevator, so it wasn't really a minus point. The airco in the room could've had a bit of a better system to put on/shut off (more automatically) but that's just something small.

We had a ground floor room near the entry gate. Surprisingly, it wasn't noisy with vehicles and buses passing through. We had plenty of grass areas to take our dog to, which was our main factor in choosing Rosen for our stay. Rosen has their own on-site restaurant which serves delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. The pool was perfect water temperature to swim in. We love the location as we are near restaurants, shopping, theme parks, and other activities to do. We always stay at Rosen when in Orlando.

The tower portion of the resort has elevators, but the two story sections don't. Rosen should have elevators there too as elderly people and people who have pets with disabilities may not be able to climb stairs. We always request a ground floor because of this reason.

As soon as I got there after checking in they were trying to sell me a time share and they took all the information from my license which I didn't like and they said they needed it to give me coupons which doesn't make since. I just didn't like that before I even got out of the lobby after check in they tried to sell me a time share, after a long drive and places to get to at a certain time that's the last thing I wanted. I just wanted to get to my room and get situated before I had to leave again. Other then that there were no other issues with hotel.

Very well located, close to the parks and within walking distance of Denny's, IHOP, and other restaurants. The property is well-kept. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping was done daily. There is a fitness center, a small gift shop where they also sell pizza, a bar, game room, and a small but pleasant lounge area. There are two pools, both of which were clean and relaxing. .

The only inconvenience is that the slightest sign of an approaching storm will shut down the pool. I understand this is probably for liability reasons, but this is also Florida, and it may be cloudy and rainy now, but sunny five minutes later. Also lights in the bathroom could be improved
