The staff and I texted back and forth many times because we were very late checking in. They want you to check in before midnight. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Elevators. We booked two rooms and they were across the hall from each other. Both Deluxe Kings Suite. Warm breakfast. Sausage, eggs, two types of juice. Fresh fruit just oranges. Comfortable and clean beds. Pool, but we didn't have time to use it. Enough parking.

Hotel policy. You have to be forty miles or more away from the hotel to make an online reservation for that night. Luckily I was. We drive so I am never sure where we will be when we decide to stop for the night. If I am not sure about a neighborhood or hotel sometimes I like to see it first. I understand why they are doing this especially if a discount in involved.

Good staff, clean, comfortable. Price was great, breakfast was great. Close to lots of shopping and food places. Absolutely wonderful.

I hated the room cards, they would work for 1 outside door then not the room door. Had to get re keyed several times and I made sure to keep away from all electronics and magnets. Also the pool was gated and fenced but weren't allowed in after 8pm. I could see if young kids not wanting them out late. But adults not drinking just wanting a swim should be allowed.

My family and I traveled almost 5 hours so when the hotel met what we needed when we got there it really started our vacation off right. The room was spacious enough for a family of 3 with an 8 year old who brought stuffies and bought toys. She was able to play and we still had room to walk around. The beds were actually comfortable. We all loved the breakfast every morning. If we were to visit FL again this hotel would be top of the list. It was actually in a very convenient area also. Check in and out was super easy and fast. Staff were always nice and smiling. We always got a good morning or afternoon coming and going from the hotel. The pool was actually pretty nice and I like how you have to have your key card to get in! All in All. My family and I very much enjoyed our week here.

The only thing I would have to say was the water pressure. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't as much as we are used to. Other than that there is nothing we didn't like about the hotel!

I like the area and the location. The hotel was lovely. We didn't have any complaints. The staff was good. Everything was good. Check-in, was a breeze. Breakfast was great. Just a great overall stay.

The only thing I can say I did not like was the gym area. The equipment was out of date in a lot of it was broken down and was not working properly, but everything else was great.

Clean pool. Very friendly staff. Great location near downtown Jacksonville.

Breakfast buffet offering never changed. Let’s say adding scrambled eggs, egg tortillas, omelets, bacon, cooked ham and flip the menus around at least every 2 days.

Everything was great, my wife and I came for the Georgia and Florida game. The price was great considering how close it was to the stadium and very fair. We will be back again

A few people soliciting and hanging out in the parking lot driving fast through the parking lot made my wife kinda feel unsafe by herself. However everything was great and don’t want to leave a negative review

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant was meticulous and the afternoon front desk attendant was great. Easy on and off 95. Breakfast was good short of some minor details (no peanut butter, juice was watered down)

Second elevator was not in operation for the first couple days but they got it fixed. Tub drained very slow. Air conditioning was on the louder side.

Very reasonable price and location was great. I stayed here before and as last time everything was great! I will definitely be staying here again when in Jacksonville.

I felt like the carpet needed a good deep clean it had like a grum feel to it. I always wear shoes, but just felt not dirty but like it could use a clean. This did not hurt my stay. Everything was great!!

Rooms could use some updates. Blankets were torn, windows curtains diry, lamp shades dirty and nasty. Didnt offer ability to stream on televisions.

The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was supportive and friendly. The breakfast food and staff were good and very nice. Also, the location was nice and quiet.

The one thing I am use to is having coffee and tea during the day in the lobby.
