Right away when we arrived around 10pm, the gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a happy face. He talked to us, gave us some information, and joked with me like we had been there before. Thereafter, when we saw staff, they all seemed like they liked their job, and it's hard to find people like that. The hallways and stairs were clean, and the room was in pristine shape. It felt very nice and cozy. The pool was clean, and we really like the fact that they left it open as late as they do for people that end up checking in late. The breakfast in the morning was more than I thought it would be and it had a great selection and there was plenty of room to sit or you could take your food back to your room. Parking with easy and you never were parked too far from the front door. They even have a fence and a small smoking station right across from the front entrance for us bad kids who smoke. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out it was a great experience and if we're ever in that area again we would definitely stay there and I'm also now know that if we go anywhere to make sure we stay at a Comfort Inn.

I'm trying to think of something that I didn't like and to be quite honest I have nothing to say about it because I think as much as maybe everybody didn't have the same experience as we did I can't say anything that I didn't like.

My go to place when I’m in the area. The beds are so comfy and they have one of the best breakfasts of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So many choices and this particular site maintains the breakfast area well. Always keeping it in stock and clean. I love that the pool and hot tub are are kept open later than most other hotels. Gives you a chance to be able to use the facilities you pay a fee for when you get in from events etc. and is a nice wind down to the day. We usually have some sort of difficulty with the room key but front desk fixes it quickly. It’s a small issue and dealable especially given how comfortable their beds are !!!

Elevator has been broken on a few occasions that I visited. But the staff was extremely apologetic and as accommodating as possible I’m disabled and they moved my room from the 4th to the first floor !

Our stay at this comfort inn could not have been better. We were in town for a funeral with two young kids in tow. The hotel was just off the highway but felt very quiet and remote. From the minute we arrived, we could not believe how much better we all felt about the coming days. The staff was extremely kind, expediting our late-evening check in with friendliness and answering all of our questions. We were all delighted to learn that the pool is open late and had a hot tub. The pool was beautiful and warm and clean. Our room was just right. The two queen beds were very comfortable and it was very clean.. We were 2 adults and 2 active kids (7 and 9) and it never felt crowded. It had every convenience: fridge, tv, microwave, coffee maker, always great temperature (never felt too warm or cold). There were lots of outlets both for electrical and iPhone charging. Towels were big and clean and heavy and very absorbent. We ate breakfast every day and we all found something different we loved each day. The hot breakfast was tasty and always hot no matter what time and there was a variety of other cereals, breads, fruit, pastries, good, hot coffee, tea, and cocoa, and a waffle station. The staff was so nice the entire stay. They were always available. We had a lot of questions not being familiar with the area and they were all always so accommodating. We got food delivered a few times from Taffville pizza whose staff was also very nice and the food was very good and hot. The lobby was huge with very high ceilings and it had lots of places to sit. Coffee, water, and iced lemon water were available 24/7. I could not stop raving about the hotel for the four days we were there and still am raving a week later. We will definitely be back. The facility, staff, and overall vibe made an awful sad time so much better for all of us. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and clean The pool was clean but a bit cold The hot tub was really nice and we went in shortly after they opened it in the morning and the service man helped us with the jets

The pool was so busy the entire night that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Not the hotels fault but I didn’t want to deal with children and loud music from the guests in there. I opted to wake up early and go when the pool first opened and I was able to swim for about an hour before two women came with about 6 kids that were jumping into the water and trying to invade my person space in the hot tub. I wish hotels still offered reserving the pool area so that I could’ve gone in when there was nobody or just a few people

The Pool is always nice and warm. The love the suites I will definitely rent the same room. I liked how I could see the TV from the hot tub. You can’t see the fireplace in the last photo with the chair pulled out but I love that too!! The gym is a nice feature also

Good stay at Comfort Inn

We didnt partake but just what we saw walking by it looked to have something for everyone. I saw cereals, breakfast sandwiches, waffle station, yogurt, coffee/tea and oatmeal, there may have been more I can't remeber.

The jacuzzi tub jets were dirty so we didn't use it but may be would have if it was clean.

Debbie and Tracy were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent! The location is extremely convenient, near a Tesla charger, Walmart, restaurants and the main highway. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We plan to return every time we are in the area for sports events at Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. We like this hotel much better than staying at those places.

It was perfect!

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft and inviting. The breakfast provided was beyond my expectations, and having gym equipment and and indoor pool were really nice perks. We didn’t use the weekend shuttle to Foxwoods, but that’s also a nice service this hotel offers. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay.

Nothing sticks out as worth complaining about.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Ceiling tile in the bathroom was falling. Also, with my shower, after I shampooed my hair and had almost finished rinsing it, the water shut off and so I couldn't have my shower.
