Breakfast was good, there is a nice selection of food . Bed was decently comfy and shower was okay as well. Room was well appointed with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. Location was excellent and there is a good selection of restaurants nearby. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dated and had seen its fair share of wear and tear. Remote for tv was missing, though that was quickly rectified by the very kind reception. Only thing is tv does not work very well. The channels did a musical chairs routine on its own and you couldn't watch any program to completion! Room was generally clean, except someone forgot to take two very dirty face towels off the corner of the shower bar in bathroom. No idea what it was doing up there either!

The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is always my favorite part

I don’t like that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator so it’s always super hard to get up and down the steps with a baby and stroller and all of our bags etc and I also didn’t like how far we had to walk to get to our room as well. Lastly the vending machines barely worked the pop machine didn’t take our money at all it was completely out of order and the snack machine stole my money and wouldn’t accept any of my paper dollars so I had to use all change which took forever and wasn’t convenient

Walked in the staff was friendly. Haven’t gotten breakfast yet but I’m sure to try it. Housekeeping is awesome. Love the staff every problem I had they took care of it with no problems. I didn’t any tho but room key but they was awesome at anything or any questions.

The snow lol gotta get use to that. The facility is excellent

I had read some bad reviews so was skeptical as to what we would find, but the stay was excellent. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast far surpassed my expectations. The food was hot and fresh. They had eggs,sausage,biscuits, waffles, yogurt, doughnuts and muffins. They had orange juice,apple juice, and cranberry juice even the coffee was decent. Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

The only thing about the stay I didn't like was the limited TV channels available. They only had 6 channels which is very poor for a Quality Inn was very displeased. Didn't even have local news.

Very nice front staff! The hotel is close to everything and the expressway if u need to go anywhere else! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning, n wi-fi worked great!

The outside pool wasn’t available? It’s summer time and been nice to swim and lounge. No elevator even though it’s only 3 floors. The steps going up to the second floor were very dirty, the rest of the floors n room weee very clean.

It was clean and in order. The bottom floor did smell of various smells like smoke, food and cleaner. The upstairs was fine though. I was in the far end so not bothered too much which was nice. The pillows were plush and comfy like Hilton pillows and the bed was comfortable. I’ve been on the road so it was nice to have few days break.

Comfortable and the breakfast was enough to get me started for the day.

The breakfasts were wonderful, and the breakfast area was constantly being cleaned and tidied up for the next guests. The first night we arrived we discovered the pole reading lamp near the air conditioner did not work due to a broken on / off switch. We told the lady at the reception desk, and it was taken care of by the time we got in the next day. Very pleased because we are readers! The maid service did a wonderful job as well as each day. Our room was cleaned and refreshed to welcome us in again at the end of the day. We want to give a special thanks to and recognition to Adrian. He was working the breakfast area the first couple of days we were there and was so kind and helpful during our first few mornings. Then we saw him in the evenings when we returned from our day's adventures, and he warmly greeted us home. Very courteous!J

Close to northern kentucky/ Cincinnati attractions. Front desk was polite and kind. Changed towels when I needed. Breakfast was full and awesome. Eggs sausage gravy biscuits waffles fresh fruit juice yogurt,etc. Something for everyone. Plenty of food options in the area.

Right on interstate so there is some road noise but not too bad.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean with a microwave and a refrigerator. The value was excellent for the business trip.

I went to the laundry area to ask a question about why the television was not working, she told me that she did not speak English. The door glass was broken on the first floor leading to our room.

Good location….

The back access door that is supposed to require a card to access the glass door was busted out. I was able to reach through the broken glass door and access the entire location without an access card. This is an unacceptable situation and compromises the security of all paying residents. Should be fixed ASAP.
