Friendly staff-clean room-comfortable bed-good ac!

Smelled like MaryJane every where but the room so that was a plus. Homeless people coming in trying to get breakfast and hanging around the building done random guy sitting in stair well drunk and smoking a cigarette. Wifi didn't work at all. And the pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

The front desk was fast and nice.

Asked for towels a few times. Didn’t get any, had to go get them down stairs. My room didn’t have a blow dryer. Asked for one and didn’t get it. WiFi sucked. Stayed in two different rooms one with a tv with plenty of channels and the other room had one channel.

We were given the ground floor which I appreciated. Check in was smooth and the lobby was very clean. The room was also clean and comfortable.

The square pillows were on the small side, but we were given 4. If the Inn has a lot of guest parking needs to be across the street instead of on the property.

The suite was big and had lots of space. The staff is super nice and informative . The beds were cozy. I loved the first floor suite.

The big water bug by the lamp that we sprayed mosquito spray on and then had a staff spray area with roach spray. Then, the room smelled like roach spray. No hot breakfast. Rooms need a little TLC and flooring instead of rugs. They should put a table and chairs in the suites. Poor lighting.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They were also able to accommodate my husband's early check in! I want to thank Tabby, Mario and Stacey for everything they did. They were wonderful and we will for sure be staying there again in the future! Thank you all, Shannon and Roy

There was nothing that we didn't like!

Everything else besides what I didn't like was good. Beds were awesome, tv very new an crisp, an breakfast an staff were both great.

Was on 3rd floor an the elevator didn't work. The website mentioned nothing of it. Had to find out at the front desk. More transparency about the elevator being down would've made my trip alot easier.

Great hotel for the money, easy access from hwy. Breakfast was great, but room was small and very hot 🔥 Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and handsoap hanging on wall. Not small items but refill = good for environment.

Room was clean, place in a safe location, very nice front desk staff, and a good price for all the amenities you get!!!

The property seems to have a moisture and ventilation issue, like just about everywhere in New Orleans. It’s alright!!!!

The service was great. The guy at the front desk was very helpful

The halls was hot and smelled like smoke. Ice machine was dirty/old and the tub was refinished so many times it was peeling really really bad. Overall it was good for a one night stay
