Had dinner at the bar. Food was good and portions were great. 2 people on staff at the Restaurant/Bar on a Friday and Saturday night was not adequate. Wait times for food and drink orders could have been better. Not taking away from the job done by Darlene and Alex however (especially Darlene). On these busy nights with a lot of take-out and room orders, along with plenty of in-restaurant sit down customers, the place was just understaffed. Can't brag enough about Darlene however, she's most definitely a work horse. Maybe add a third staffer on busy nights and give Darlene a well-deserved raise.

Maybe a little more attention to dusting/cleaning (like the light fixtures over the bar).

Staff was super helpful as usual. It was our anniversary and the hotel was pretty empty that night so it was nice to enjoy the pool by ourselves after dinner and again in the morning. We asked the front desk if they had a microwave and the girl had one for us before we even got to the room. My wife doesn't eat dairy and the staff even had a dairy-free cookie at the front desk so we really appreciate little things like that. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept very well. It was a great trip and we look forward to our next stay.

The place is beautiful, well decorated and clean.

My dog’s leash got stuck in the elevator with her outside and me in. The doors closed, I stopped the elevator and hit the alarm. No one came to help. I was in a panic thinking my dog was going to get hanged. I called my husband and he and another guest saved my dog. My husband said the man at the desk did not know what to do. Although the situation was my fault I did not get any help from the staff during this emergency.

Location was great, after traveling for hours it was nice to get off the hustle and bustle as its tucked far away from roads. Front desk was great, friendly and courteous, arrived a little earlier than 3:00 check in but they let us check in which was really nice after traveling.

By no fault of the hotel or staff it was loud, or people were loud in the hallway. There was obviously a family with young kids either on the same floor or above, but they were running up and down the halls from 8 till I went to bed at 10:30, sounded like a train rolling by the room every 10 minutes. But they're kids and I get it, I was never mad or ready to confront them, it was just loud. overall we really enjoyed the place

Love how close the hotel is to Boston but it’s cleaner cheaper, and nicer than hotels we stayed at in the city. We’ve stayed at this particular hotel three of four times now when we come to Massachusetts because it’s always a good play to stay. It’s usually pretty clean and pleasant and the location is great. We like the outdoor area surrounding the hotel, with grass, trees, etc. the rooms are always pretty nice with comfortable beds and a good amount of space. Everybody who works there is nice and helpful.

It’s too bad that the breakfast is expensive. Also, there were stains all over the rugs and gummy bears on the floor when we entered the room. I wish extra toilet paper and tissues were already in the room. The room was a little bit too cold no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. There was a plunger right outside of our door when we arrived, which isn’t necessarily something you want to see when checking in.

The hotel was beautiful - it has been going through a renovation and it looks gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable- the beds were perfect. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. Staff was so nice.

Very limited television stations. Wanted to watch something on ABC and they don’t carry it.

We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning and it was excellent! Free coffee in the lobby at all times was appreciated. The hotel location is perfect. No noise inside even if the hotel is right next to Hwy-93. The double-king-bed room is a perfect size for 2 adults. Everything, from furniture to rugs, beds and bathrooms were impeccably cleaned. Having some luggage to carry inside, the multiple entrances at different ends of the hotel were very convenient. Parking is quite large.

The only complaint, and really it is the only one, would be that the Air Conditioning was a tiny bit too noisy. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Clean rooms, and great customer service from the gentleman who checked us in, and he provided exceptional service. Decent parking is available. Clean hallways, outdoors, indoors, no overflow of trash observed. Extra towels available at request. Indoor pool appeared clean. The kids enjoyed their stay. Money well spent!

No continental breakfast is included for the price. The hot tub in pool area was a little murky. No towels available for pool area. Room smelled like strong smoke odor near the balcony door. Needed trash bags for cans in room. Lady who attended front desk had no smile and was pretty cold when asked general questions. Key cards were hit or miss for functionality with opening doors. Entry ways could use a little more light in back of building. Bulbs needed replacing.

We arrived around 1:30 and we were able to check in early. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and hot tub by ourselves for over an hour which was great. The pool was well maintained and clean.The staff was very friendly and even found us a microwave for the room. I thought being so close to the highway would have been a problem but if you close your eyes it sounds like the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom lighting was very dim and the vending machines only had beverages. The cable tv didn't have any info so couldn't tell what we were watching.

The hotel is great, clean and new. Maintained very well. The room is big and beds are comfy. The stuff are nice and the complementary cookies are delicious 😋. There is a balcony inside the room.
