The dining room open for hot tea and coffee 24/7 was the best. I never used to a coffee maker in my room as the dining room was so accessible. I liked the little gym with just enough equipment to get a little work out. I appreciated the airport shuttle.

I don’t ask for room to be cleaned but it was. The sign in the room indicates I needed to ask if I wanted it cleaned but my room was cleaned anyway. I reused my disposable cups and they were thrown away. Some towels were replaced. I don’t need new ones. I had used soap and it was thrown out. Disposing of resources when not asked for is a waste for me and you.

Front desk person was very hospitable. Our room was updated and the bed was very comfortable. We had a restful, quiet sleep.

I always like to get hot coffee early morning and bring it back to our room. It was difficult as the coffee was very hot but there were no covers to make it easy to carry . I managed but I might have spilled it. Would appreciate the option of covers for coffee. The breakfast bar was nice and we enjoyed it.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate and the shower was refreshing. Air conditioning quickly got the room to whatever temp we wanted. The place is by an airport, so you might hear an occasional plane, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

the laundry was 'broken'. I was really relying on doing laundry so this was a big letdown. I got the feeling that it's been 'broken' for awhile. Not cool

Very clean and spacious room in an easy to reach location, just a short drive from all the main activities in Portland. Check in process was simple, parking was ample, and the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, even a waffle maker. A bit pricey, but it's to be expected at this time of year in Maine.

No robes or slippers, and we had a tough time figuring the thermostat out. But these were minor inconveniences.

The room was remodeled and had two dbl beds. Very comfy. Large TV [didn't use]. desk and iron/ironing board. nice lighting, and floors were in tile. Hot water great in shower. Did not spend much time in the room, but it would have been nice if I did. This is an older property, but staff seem to be working hard to keep improving. Great value [all Portland hotels are expensive, 50% of what a previous reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby would have cost me].

3 story property. Center stairwell was no problem. One central elevator was kind of iffy.

We enjoyed our stay at this airport hotel. Just a short 10-minute drive into the city's bustling waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! We took their advice to eat at Luke's on the waterfront. It was our favorite restaurant during our stay. Breakfast was good (and free!). Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, no complaints.

The breakfast was very helpful. My mother was in the hospital so having breakfast made one meal less worrisome. And having our room clean and beds made when we came back after a long day was comforting.

No working laundry facility. Both washing machines were out of service which wasn't convenient. No ice machine on the first floor.

It looks like it’s recently renovated. It’s very close to the airport. Staff is nice — we arrived a bit early and she was able to find us a room. There’s a shuttle running between the hotel and the airport, starting from 3:30am!

The bathroom is a little small but it’s not a red flag for me.

7:30 am breakfast eggs were terrible dried out only 2 eggs disks left stuck to the bottom of chafing dish as as paper could not even scrape them up obvious left there for several hours as nobody around to check on food. so we ate sausgae links as there was little else other than toast or waffles

The value was superb. I was picked up after midnight at the airport. Front desk was very pleasant even at 1am! Breakfast was amazingly ample in selection for the price. In spite of a fire alarm at 620am (due to burnt toast) this was a great stay. I will be making this trip a lot and will be back for sure!

More oversight in breakfast area may have caught burning toast but accidents happen.
