Great experience!! Randy and another front desk receptionist (short younger female with black hair..ugh I didn't get her name) had smiles on their faces when we walked in and greeted us like they were happy that we had arrived. Their customer service were up to beat with high spirit to lighten up anyone's day. Great customer service, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants nearby, and the location was great!

Only one elevator was working. It's really not a big issue until towards later on in the day when everyone is returning back to the hotel, causing you to wait.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was near several stores and restaurants. The staff were helpful. No disturbance from neighbors. There's an indoor pool and an outdoor area with a fire pit.

The bathroom door will swing all the way open if you don't close it all the way. I put a stopper down when I needed it. The breakfast was not good, but Waffle House is in walking distance.

The bed was super! Excellent location. I really like the hotel. Nice furniture and modern decoration. Also, very nice staff. The breakfast was just ok. Good coffee!

The floor of the room is to noisy. Makes a lot of noise when we walked. We were in the 3rd floor of the hotel and we could hear all the noise from tlhe room of the 4th floor over us due the hard floor. Every steps and movements, we heard them. I think the guess from the 2nd floor under us could hear us also. It was very anoying, my dougther had hard time trying to sleep. The waiting time for the elevator was so long.

Staff was extremely helpful! Food was good & stock well maintained. Water, tea & coffee available 24/7. Bed was very comfortable & lots of pillows. Room was large. Bath was roomy & shower pressure was very good. Plenty of towels.

A little noisy. We could hear a child above using the bed as a trampoline, but the staff was extremely quick to address it!!! The drunk women across the hall was another story, but again the staff was quick to address it & moved our room! Only 2 suggestions: Fix the annoying elevator closing 2x before it will engage! Attach something in the shower to hang a washcloth/hand towel on.

Breakfast was good; waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels, cereal, juices, fruit, milk, tea & coffee, jelly, etc. The location is excellent. The area was clean, quiet, and convenient to lots of places to eat with a short drive. It felt safe. The room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally quiet at night. Beds were nice. The HVAC held the room temperature well and was not intrusive when it ran. The staff was professional, and very friendly as well.

The hotel could use a better sign out front if approaching from the east, but because of the median you need to go past and make a "U" turn anyway. From the west, it is better identified...

The service staff was really good. Kudos to all specially the breakfast crew! Also, I can see the main road from our room but you really cannot hear the traffic.

The room was huge but it could use a small table and maybe 2 more chairs so if you want to eat in the room, it would be more comfortable. The room has the office table but I used it for work so that left just the armchair and a TV table. The bathroom could also use at least 1 or 2 more towel bars.

The staff was amazing and made the check in process very easy.

I loved the amenities of the room and the breakfast. It was very clean and well taken care of. I really liked how the room service was everyday. It helped so much to make sure we had enough toiletries. It was easy to locate the room and also keep a good temperature control. 😁

Kind staff, comfortable bed, great facilities, and a nice breakfast.

The hallway on the 2nd floor (where our room was located) had a musky smell though not overly strong. The rest of the hotel was clean and smelled pleasant (including our room), so I would consider this an isolated incident and wouldn’t necessarily hold it against the property; just something we experienced. We would certainly stay here again.

At check in, the older gentleman on duty was so kind. We even chatted about me moving to the area and my love of old houses. He ended up showing me pictures of his son’s renovations on his historic home in Ohio. I can’t remember the man’s name but he was very nice.

I think something is wrong with the elevators. Every time they went up, they open and close twice. And it’s not because someone is in the way.

They only had one elevator working so the one that was working was very slow. They also took my funds before I even checked in I was told because they were sold out of rooms that particular day and they wanted to make sure they get there funds and they had people from soccer teams there and a family reunion were there
