Upon arrival the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. She had great customer service, looking me in the eye and explaining the facility amenities. I traveled with my dog and liked that the room was on the first floor so that I didn't have to take her up and down the stairs/elevator. I also really liked the mini kitchen area and the fact that there was a side chair to sit in -- not just the bed. There were many places to eat in the area so that I didn't have additional travel.

the room wasn't as clean as I expected. There was a large spray of "something" on the wall by the sink. I was able to scrub it off with disinfectant wipes from my car - and it was hard - but I managed to do it and felt the cleaning staff should have been able to also. The caulk around the tub was black, in many areas, which was not inviting to take a shower - which after a long day on the road was disappointing.

I was not able to sleep under my blankets due to multiple hairs being on the sheets. I did go to the office and received clean sheets which had the same issue so I just slept on top of the sheets on the bed. The sink next to fridge was draining very slowly and will clog up causing me to have to keep checking it and cleaning the sink. Looked like there was Mold on the ceiling inside the bathroom and the outside of the tub could’ve been cleaner better as there was more hair around it and the floors were not swept. The staff was very good it was just the guests there not everyone is courtesy of people who do not Smoke so walking into it multiple times was very annoying. And keeping the grounds and elevators clean which i do understand are trashed by guests.

I had asked about monthly rates or even weekly. Most times I get a room for 2 nights but recently I have had to add another day. I wish I could just be able to go to the front desk and add it but there is no price reduced doing that. I always have to find a app for better deals. Maybe that could be something to solve in the near future. Front desk and laundry staff are always busy doing there job I'm not here during the day so I haven't met with housekeeping

We were just looking for two full size beds, but got so much more! Suite had everything we might have needed for a long stay, it was a shame we were only on an overnight. I will be looking for Extended Stay America with future trips.

The “continental breakfast” was disappointing. If they can’t add a little more, I recommend not listing it all. Then the coffee and oatmeal would be a nice free bonus. No juice. No cereal. No eggs. Nothing refrigerated or hot (except coffee).

First, the Staff we dealt with were absolutely the best. They were helpful in every way. Next, we found our room to be comfortable, well-appointed and very clean. We were there for our daughter's wedding so spent more than one night. There were no disturbances from other room noise which was a nice change from other places we've stayed! This is now to be our "regular" place to stay when in the area. A HUGE thanks to the Staff!!

Couldn't find anything not to like!!

Staff were super friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. The elevators and ice machines worked; not always guaranteed any more it seems.

It's a reasonably priced extended stay hotel, so keep your expectations in line with that and you won't find anything not to like. If you expect a five-star experience at a two-star hotel, you are going to be disappointed.

The floors were finished in laminate wood. It was nice to not be walking on a potentially dirty carpet. There was plenty of hot water even with two people showering back to back. Excellent water pressure, too. The refrigerator kept things cold and the freezer froze our water bottles relatively quickly. The heater worked well and kept the room warm.There is plenty of parking spaces. Located just down the street from major restaurants and shopping areas. Good value for the money.

They are in the midst of a remodel which they tell you about up front. However, there was a 1/2 inch gap between the hotel door and the door's frame. Had I been solo, this would have been a bigger issue for me. The bed is tall and hard for my shrinking 5'2" self to get up on. Also, whenever you moved on the bed, it sounded like a large drum being played. This is disconcerting when you're trying not to waken another person. My bed had a large dip in the middle which made climbing in and out even harder. Some of the electrical outlets did not work properly. I don't think the USB port in the lamp truly worked. There was quite a bit of traffic noise on our last night, but I think this was due to the door more than anything. Loved the flooring, but it could have used a good swiffering.

I love the fact that for the price of a room the size of a prison cell in Charlotte or Hendersonville NC, you get a wonderful studio apartment with full furnishings and accommodations. The facility was clean, and the other residents were pleasant and respectful as well. Overall great experience given the circumstances.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is good although it’s a little mini suite it’s missing some essentials. I’ve stayed there before and I’m sure I’ll stay there again.

I wish there was a coffee maker, some extra towels and the dishes and pots and pans to go with the stove
