Traveled with a pet. Area very good for pet travel, room was clean, staff very friendly, easy access off interstate. After checkout I discovered I had left my ring and earrings, but not until about 4 hours away. I called hotel, staff at desk found jewelry and contacted manager. I sent a prepaid ups label to the hotel and my jewelry arrived safely today. Thank you for your customer service, honesty and safe return of my jewelry, it is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with or without pets. It was totally my error to leave my jewelry and they made every effort to ensure it’s safe return.

The breakfast was awesome really close to the expressway and a lot of restaurants and shops around there. The room was nice and clean the showers were hot there was no garbage outside it was very well taken care of. I would definitely stay there again one of the better motels l've ever been to.

The only thing I could say is the first day during breakfast they had hard boiled eggs I didn't see any the rest of my stay LOL I know it's small there's not much I didn't like

Convenient to interstate. Friendly staff - we were cheerfully greeted upon our arrival at 1:15 AM local time. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - wide selection of hot and cold items, juices, etc. Internet was easy to access and speed was sufficient for our needs.

The proximity to interstate also meant a certain level of traffic noise, which is to be expected. The AC fan provided white noise and we weren't bothered by the interstate sounds at all.

Breakfast was delicious and satistifying . There was a good selection ,better than the so called continental breakfasts offered elsewhere. . The property was well taken care of .It was close to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and other attraction. The beds were comfortable and they gave you plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly and welcomed us with smiles, not scowls. We will definitely stay again .

Hotel was very clean! Pool was also clean, what a pleasure having clear water unlike others we've been to and didn't use. Front desk clerk was super friendly!

Not complaining however I asked for extra pillows and didn't get them. Also would be nice to have a do not disturb sign so maid service doesn't come in. Chocolate milk at breakfast would be a bonus along with fresh fruit!

The breakfast was good and the location was great. Easy access to family members living in the area. Easy access to places and eateries from the motel. Housekeeping was good. It was nice to return each day to a clean room with linens replaced daily. House keepers were friendly and the front desk were courteous and helpful with questions we had. We would stay again.

The fact that booking.com doesn't give discounts to AARP and AAA members.

The staff was amazing. Phone wouldn't work, and maintenance was there to fix it within 5 min. Nice lil Christmas gift bag that I didn't expect. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains from right outside our door.

I just wish there was an ice machine on both sides of the bldg. I had to drive around the other side (I'm disabled) to get to the ice room.

Convenient location. Cute. Really nice staff. Clean areas. My room was cleaned up so nicely daily. The breakfast area was very nice and clean!

It was very obvious, even though the room was non-smoking, the room had been smoked in. It smelled of stale smoke. The air conditioner rattled and the lights dimmed when it turned on. They definitely want to have the compressor looked at.

Good breakfast selection to choose from. Pool area was clean and inviting so we just sat and relaxed since the water was too cold. The chair in our room was uncomfortable but on our 2nd day all chairs in the hotel rooms were replaced. Great job. Staff was very friendly.

I thought the bed was very comfortable but some of the pillows were too squishy so could use replacement.

This hotel was extremely clean inside and out! Breakfast had several options (including a make your own waffle station) that employees kept well stocked and fresh. Beds and pillows were comfy and water pressure was good.
