Originally booked a super 8 and after checking in found that the room smelled like urine. It was disgusting. They moved me to a new room which was boiling hot. The air barely worked. Refrigerator didn't work. TV having issues. Everyone was very rude from maintenance to the desk clerk to the manager. Asked for my money back and reserved Sleep in at the last minute. Very friendly staff checked me in. Very comfortable bed, clean room, air conditioning and refrigerator in excellent working condition. Breakfast was good and pool was also very nice. Very happy with my stay. Would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. Really the only complaint I could say was that people were standing right outside the door smoking and we have asthma.

Sweeping behind the beds more wouldn’t hurt, but still over all very clean. And I wasn’t informed until I got there that there a $20a night animal fee. And I had to let them know there were claw marks on the back of the bathroom door from someone else’s dog so I didn’t get charged for it.

Powdered eggs, not my fav, but they were done right and tasty, sausage links, cereal, waffles, muffins, orange and apple juice and 2% milk. Also coffee and tea. Room was plenty spacious, impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have serious back issues that cause sciatic pain. I woke after after going to bed in pain, pain free for the most part. The shower was hot and the water pressure thru the adjustable shower head was phenomenal. If I'm ever back in Knoxville, this will be where I stay.

Nothing I can think of other than the arrangement of the breakfast bar. Waffle maker needs it own station and 2 waffle makers would be ideal.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.

Refill coffee packs in room each day. Pool wasnt open, was planning to swim anyways. Not much to complain about here IMO. Was a wonderful stay.

It was in a convenient area and has a walkway to Cracker Barrel. The host was nice, the room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It was what we needed for the evening after a long day of work. We were there on business

I couldn't get the AC to cool down as much as I would have liked it too,, although it did work.

didn't get to eat breakfast but rooms in general were what we needed

being that we were there for a tournament and we chose to stay there due to breakfast we really needed breakfast served before 7 since we had to be at the gym at 7.

This was our 2nd time there great hotel that's why we keep coming back once a year for our convention hotel staff friendly pool was great rooms are clean

My husband and I are working in the area. We have tried other places nearby and liked this one the best. The staff is wonderfu and the l room was nice and clean. I have several reviews hahaha 😂

It was beautiful and the right amount of space we needed for our plans.

The bed frames would make a lot of sound. We couldn’t even sit on them without it popping.

Convenient to where i was going and do stores and restaurants and a real breakfast every morning
