Best staff was Sally, who did a fantastic job of running the breakfast service. I noticed how neatly the items were laid out. On the days she worked, the area was neat and the food was set out in an organized fashion. The BIG plus is how welcoming she was with the guest -Service EXCELLEnce for sure! Several of the front desk staff were welcoming also.

One of the front desk staff on day shift was always frowning and on her phone. You could tell she really did not want to be bothered. Got message that cleaning staff would be around every two days but I had to alert staff of this not happening. Asked for a linen change once, and that did not happen. The other time they cleaned, they forgot to replenish the coffee filters and leave enough towels.

Excellent Customer Service with "Star". She really represents the business very well. Pleasant, knowledgeable and very kind and considerate. She deserves a raise for representing so well. Even if there was something wrong with the stay, her overall presence made it a great place to stay! Also, the cleaning lady (she did not speak english) strawberry, blonde like hair, maybe in her early 50's, she made sure we were serviced in our rooms with towels and washcloths when we asked for them. She also went out of her way to be sure to get them once she had completed her other tasks.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice, quiet place.

The cost was outrageous! For one night I had to pay $200+. My boys used the pool for about an hour. We each (my 2 sons and myself) took a shower. Probably watched TV for 2 hours then went to sleep. Awoke at 7 a.m. and got dressed. Grabbed a little breakfast then left. That is a lot of money for just a place to shower and sleep!

Our room at the Country Inn and Suites was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in an ideal location for easy access, yet also quiet. It has a large warm pool which we really enjoyed. Coffee and tea were always available. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that we missed was fresh fruit at breakfast. They had canned fruit. Otherwise, the breakfast was good.

The room was adequate for our needs. The location to Main St. Is perfect! Breakfast was good each morning and the woman who worked to keep the buffet stocked was nice to chat with. The pool was chilly but we had a fun swim. I loved that the front desk recommended a board game for us. They are located in the lobby..The snack bar/sundries were easy to purchase. It was friendly and homely.

The overall hotel could use some upgrades and repairs. Attention to details like the stuffing coming out of our comforter, damage to the base of the bathroom door, stains on linens, etc. I didn't like the taste of the water. Even from the bottle filling station. They did have water for sale for $2 a bottle.

I appreciate that I needed to change a room at last minute and it was done. The clerk was great about reopening the pool as it had been storming. The pool was actually warm Awesome people got a call today 5/31/24 apologizing for the miss hap with the pricing. They are going to return my money back. Thank you

I booked 3 rooms. I paid for 2 a double queen and a king. Was charged same price for both $123. My brother in law paid for the other one which was a double queen and only paid $102. Just didn’t seem right

Convenient location

Cracked windshield, unsure when it occurred. Small challenge with pet friendly. I called in advance and was told the hotel was pet friendly, when I checked in I was told it was not. When questioned, the Customer Service Representative did call the manager to question and was told pets could stay. Slightly unnerving after a 13 hr drive but fortunately resolved.

Room was clean and great!!

The pool was good but we were kicked out early she said it needed chemicals and when we woke up early there were like 20 elderly women in there but I believe we were asked to leave because there were several unintended kids in there making so much noise when it was adult swimming. We came for the pool and we only got 15-20 minutes if it. Other than that it was a great hotel

Convenient location. Good parking. Beds were comfortable.

The did not have any hand soap, said their order did not come in. We were there for 3 nights , had to go buy some. Not impressed with the breakfast. Only had cherry yogurt, no fresh fruit or granola. You can tell they were doing stuff on the cheap

Friendliness of staff. Convenience of location. Ease of check-in and check-out. Food choices for breakfast.

Nothing to dislike. A couple of things I would like to see in the room: Towel rack for hand towel in sink area. Directory in room for nearby restaurants, parks, etc. better quality toilet paper.
