We liked everything. The breakfast is outstanding versus other hotels. The breakfast staff are courteous and on the ball. The front desk service was great. The housekeeping staff were friendly and ready to supply whatever was needed. The towels etc were good quality and softer than other places. That can be a thing. Softer is better. You could pay less elsewhere. But the potential risk isn't with the bucks. Been there, done that. This was the second time we've used your location. Overall, we're very pleased.

Just one thing. You're texting service for any needs I may have. I received no response when I asked for something. That surprised me as usually it's reliable the few times I'd used it prior.

Stayed in one of the spa suites, fantastic experience! Plenty of room, plenty of hot water :-)! Loved the spa bath tub! Breakfasts were fresh, hot and tasty! Great location, access to Mesilla, NMSU and downtown, all within minutes. Staff was fantastic, helpful, courteous and friendly. Pillows and mattress were the most comfortable we have enjoyed in quite a while, glad to know IHG has a website you can purchase from! Born and raised in LC, great way to return to our roots in more than 50 years! One of only a handful of hotels in LC with indoor pool, hot tub and spa bath tub. Thank you for such a most pleasant experience!

The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the location is wonderful and the overall experience was great!

My husband and I stayed in this Holiday Inn two years in a row in 2022 and 2023. We requested the room with a spa tub, and both times the tub was out of service. The water pressure was quite weak, the jets didn’t work at all, and the drain had issues staying closed as well. We hope these can be serviced!

The property was so clean, affordable, and the amenities were wonderful! I loved being able to have a spa bath with my husband without costing us an arm and a leg, plus amazing breakfast & air conditioning! Wonderful location near to many restaurants. 100% recommend this as your stay & look forward to returning again in the future!

The water pressure was off on the water functions upon arrival due to a high capacity of hotels in use, but the staff was quick and attentive and fixed the issue immediately!

The morning of checkout time the front desk guy was clueless. First ever to encounter this service.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and helpful.

They charged me more than expected probably because I was traveling with an ESA cat which I did have a doctors letter explaining I needed this cat to be with me at all times. I thought they were not supposed to be charging for ESA animals…..

Room was clean and was pet friendly and their front seat employee Jon was very helpful.

We had a few issues during our stay but was correct. The shower chair in the room wasn’t straight causing my father to slip out of the chair while taking shower, notified the front desk about it and they were going to take care of it for future guest.

The pool key didn’t work but the front desk could open it, the fitness center didn’t have a remote for the tv but the elliptical was good

It was nice and clean.

They could have put more towels since it was 3 of us and not 2. But that was my only complaint
