We left before breakfast was served. Their restaurant was conviently available which was very important to us, and very accomidating for children.

I am totally disappointed with Booking.com they listed the rooms at $135 and we are charged a total of $490.43 for the rooms. The hotel said the price was higher than their price. I will avoid using Booking.com in the future and also inform friends of our experience.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities. Check-in was fast and easy. The view of Salt Lake City from the 6th floor was great. There was a shuttle bus outside the airport to take you there.

The air condition in the room was constantly working and couldn't figure out how to stop iy, only to ammend the temperature. It was a bit loud at night. There was no room service, and any ordered food had to be picked up from the reception, which is not clearly stated.

Normal HGI facility well maintained.

Booking.com! Didn’t have my confirmed reservation in their system or anywhere when I arrived. Had to book a room as a walk in. I got a welcome email from Booking.com two days later for my stay and of course, the charges were made timely so I had to deal with the double charges situation for two days to get it straightened out. I won’t be using Booking.com again anytime soon.

Everything was great. Very comfortable stay. My accommodations were met and any questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

The only issue we had was with our digital key not working. I did the app check in and digital key because we were arriving very late but the digital key did not work so we still had to stop at the front desk and get a keycard from the receptionist. She was absolutely amazing with assisting us.

We liked how close it was to the airport since we were only there due to missing a connection flight. The hotel is clean, bright, comfortable. The front desk is polite and responsive.

The breakfast part was confusing because I had booked the room as “breakfast included”, but then when we got downstairs we were presented with a menu stating that breakfast was $9. In the end and after asking we weren’t charged for the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre and we’ve seen better ones on this trip at Hilton hotels at this price range.

I had a delayed flight and had to book a very last minute overnight stay. I purchased this hotel as it came with breakfast (included in the room rate). It was about 4 miles from the airport and they had free airport shuttle. It’s prime location to the airport, but I don’t know what else is around. I arrived late at night and checked out by 8 am so I didn’t spend much time here but it served its purpose.

Bathroom light wasnt working in the morning so made it challenging to shower and get ready at 4 am. These things are hard to predict though. I survived.

Nice location and plenty of parking . The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

Only thing I saw was the shower looked as if it had not been cleaned . Not sure if it is required to have new toilet paper rolls . We had 1 1/2 rolls when we arrived. The rest of the room was presentable .

The American flag flown on one 1 of 3 flag poles was faded and looked dirty. The Hilton flag was also in poor condition. The Utah flag was in.the best condition of the 3. I would expect a hotel of this caliber to fly at minimum a vibrant American flag.

Using the Hilton Honors App, was able to select our room. Room was big and clean. Location was good. Shuttle runs 24 hours. Convenient for overnight stay.

cumbersome to call the hotel for the shuttle services... would be helpful to note that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is shared with Homewood Suites.
