Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious, great pool area and nice staff

Breakfast could be improved - nothing felt 100% fresh, cocktails need improving!

For the money, fantastic property. We stayed 10 days. Great size room, not plush but very comfortable. We had a lovely peek of the ocean and the docked cruise ships. The two daily water bottles were very welcome. Food and drinks by the pool fab. We enjoyed strolling the shops and having a drink in the centre. There are a couple of great restaurants right across the road - loved the Argentinian steak house and the Italian - and a delish food truck park a five minute walk away with a mix of cuisines, we especially liked the grill tacos, the margaritas were spot on too. Beach also a few minutes walk. Getting to the Marina, Malecon and the Romantic Zone was an easy Uber. The staff from reception to bar to housekeeping were outstanding. The property was clean, felt safe and was away from the busyness of the downtown areas so was very peaceful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you want to find fault you will but for us this was a great spot.

Quite far from any of the popular areas, albeit closer to the airport and quiet at nighttime. Also the access/checkin is a bit confusing. There’s no instructions on how to get in, and the door requires key access. We got lucky and someone let us in.

The staff is friendly and the location is perfect. You can take a route almost anywhere from the bus stop which is within walking distance from the hotel. The Uber pick-up is convenient and rapid. There are lots of shops in the shopping center and easy access to the beach and places to eat with a beach view!

This hotel has nicely sized modern and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful and kind. The location inside a shopping mall is different but very convenient, as several places to snack, eat or drink are directly in front of the hotel. This is especially nice during the hot weather. The beach (Playa del Holi) is just a few hundreds meters away and easily accessible via a street behind the mall. Although the beach is more to sunbath and relax and less to swim due to low water quality (a river just flows into the ocean).

More an advice: The entrance is inside the shopping mall, so if you arrive by taxi you need carry your luggage quite a bit before you reach the actual entrance of the hotel. There you need to ring so they can let you enter and take the elevator to the actual front desk. Once you figured this out it's actually quite straight forward.

We had an unexpected layover in Puerto Vallarta on our way back from Guadalajara, so we needed to quickly arrange a one night stay. This hotel was extremely well priced and the room was clean, modern and had a great view. I particularly want to mention the excellence of the hotel staff, all of whom were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The location of this hotel was really the only thing that was an issue; it was a bit far from Zona Romantica, meaning we had to take a taxi/Uber to get around. The hotel itself is located within a high-end outdoor shopping mall -- which I realize will appeal to some travellers -- but having proximity to American retail wasn't really a priority for us.

All the staff are very friendly, always helpful and very good service. Breakfast delicious! Location is great in the Isla Mall. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The location is great. The hotel is comfortable and clean.

I didn't like the reception on the second floor. It's confusing when you first come.

Location if you want to be somewhat close to the airport, as well as the beach, shopping, restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The view from the room included part of the city and part of the ocean. The staff were efficient and friendly. I only ate at the hotel restaurant once and the food was really tasty.

The bathroom was divided into two areas. The toilet and shower were in a separate area and the sink was within the main room. It was convenient to have the hotel within the shopping mall if that's your thing, but you do have to walk through the mall entrance a bit to get to the main entrance to the hotel.

Location was fine. It had a nice pool. The breakfast had many choice for price.

The Telephone didn't work even when we brought it to the lobby because we couldn't call. We didn't have enough coffee or cups in our room and to make 1 cup we had to use a clear glass for coffee and was too hot to hold.
