Rooms are spacious. Each has a balcony. On the first floor you have a sun deck with a little pool just to get wet an d from that a floor below are big pools and sauna. Connected to Riviera hotel (and its pool) throuh passage on 3rd floor. The beach is across the street. Room is cleaned every day. Plenty of food offers at a buffet. Staff is friendly. Only minus is a distant parking zone (shuttle drive available) and since the beach is near it can get loud at night if you have a sea view room.

The location was awesome! The breakfast was pretty good too. The cleaning ladies were superb. Airconditioning worked perfectly.

- Part of the staff weren’t able to communicate properly neither in English, nor German. - Big cons !!!!!: - You have to pay extra for basically everything. Beach deck chairs & one umbrella cost 20 euros per day. - Parking was pretty expensive and not included. - For vegan or lactose intolerant people the hotel didn’t offer any alternatives regarding breakfast. :(

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable.

It was a nice stay, however, can't compare with all inclusive hotels in Greece or Turkey or even Croatia. Rooms don't have balconies, which could be desirable and water at the restaurant during the dinner is any for charge with a half-bord menu. Towels at the spa area are for charge and one must carry them from the room. The room does not have extra towels for spa.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were great - lots of choice, always lots and lots of fresh fruit. Dinner changed every evening, but there was 2 soups, a salad buffet, cheese & cured meats and ice cream which were always to be had. There were changing meat (chicken, pork/beef) and fish choices, always a veggie pasta dish and a special dish finished in front of you by the chef. The cake selection also changed every day: from profiteroles to pistacchio cake, from something like Linzertorte to Tiramisu. We liked our room, even though there was no balcony (family rooms do not have balconies). It had a big walk-in wardrobe, which was great to store all luggage and clothes out of sight. We still saw some of the water/marina out of our window, which was nice. We appreciated the bathrobes for walking to the saltwater spa pools in the hotel, and were able to use the hotel next door (same group) as well. There is a hotel beach where guests get a discount on a sunlounger and umbrella (€20 for 2 chairs and an umbrella with the discount), but all beaches are public by law in Slovenia. The water is so clear there - in the morning you see all the way to the bottom. It's not a sandy beach though, and it's not a classic 'walk into the water' beach either- it's more like a pier with steps every so often to get into the water. The room was cleaned every day if you wanted it, and the cleaning staff were so quick, it was always done while we were at breakfast - just brilliant. Great aircondition too - it was extremely hot outside, so that was essential for us. All staff were extremely friendly, spoke perfect English and always tried to help.

You had to buy drinks at dinner - there was no water to be had, and the breakfast coffee machines were switched off for the dinner service too. It wasn't a big problem though. And I tried three different red wines in the cafe (same kitchen as breakfast and dinner) and they were all sour and not very nice.

The hotel was great, comfortable and clean room, great view from the balcony to the sea. The beach was really close and you can find everything that you need (restaurants, bar, pharmacy) with a short walking distance. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, we really liked it

There are limited parking spaces, but the hotel proposed an alternate parking with a shuttle service It was a bit noisy outside, but we expected this staying so close to the beach area

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, there was a nice balcony with sea view. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect—right in front of the water, offering beautiful views. It’s also just a short 15-minute bus ride to Piran, making it convenient to explore the area. The swimming pool was also very relaxing.

The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything was really comfortable, employees are very polite and attentive. Breakfast was always tasty and everything very clean and neat. Parking was basically secured, for the beginning of our stay the nearer parking lot was full so they secured us a park spot about 2 km further from the hotel (the staff took us to the parking lot and took us back from it. Also when we wanted to take our car to go places, we just ringed them at the reception and they took us to our car). Really enjoyed out stay!

Good location, helpful and nice staff

Not enough elevators for the hotel. One was broken during the entire time of our stay. It was almost impossible to get down from our floor to the ground floor with stroller. Every time we call the elevator it was full of people from higher floors. Very bad experience.

My family’s favorite place. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Helpful polite and kind staff, clean and tidy rooms, great food, swimming pools also great- thermal pools in Grand and pools with a sea water in Riviera. We have been visiting this same hotel since 2016.

Nothing to complain

The hotel has great location on the ''riva'', the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, good breakfast.

The hotel does not have its own parking, so the car has to be driven by the hotel staff to a distant park place for a fee (15 Euros per night). The spa was overcrowded, you could literally not find a free sun bed and it was almost impossible to enter the pool. Additionally, if you forget to bring a towel from your room, they charge you with 4 Euros per towel.
