Location is nice, shops, bars and restaurants walking distance. Also the beach and convenience stores. Room was spotless, cleaning staff did a great job every day. Confortable bed and pillows. Swimming pool area is great, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool is clean.

Not the hotel fault but my neighbors were loud and noisy and it was annoying at night.

Our room seemed to have lots of misquotes in it so we got bitten a lot

Stayed five nights in June. Initially booked a family room (King and bunk beds) however upon checking in, the aircon in the kid's room was really weak. Mentioned it to the front desk staff and they upgraded us to two adjoining double rooms. The rooms were clean, bright, and fresh. The location was ideal. Karon Beach was within walking distance, as were a number of restaurants, bars, and 7/Elevens. The staff were professional and courteous, and the room cleaning service exceptional. Pool area maintained clean.

Breakfast choices could be improved. Fresh fruit smoothies would also be a bonus instead of the sugary apple, orange, or pineapple juices offered.

The hotel is off the main road but easy to get to making it a little quieter than some. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and comfortable with a good outlook. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, as was security. The room was a good size. The balcony was tiny but enough to dry my swimsuit. It was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast once, and it was the usual good selection of buffet with eggs cooked to order.

Breakfast was overpriced for what I ate, and it was cheaper to eat outside the hotel. The golden sand on the corner has selected breakfasts priced accordingly. The lights in the room were quite complicated with different switches over riding each other, so on one occasion, I was in the dark. The walls are quite thin as I could easily hear next door trying their switches and showers, etc. Generally, I was disappointed in Karon Beach as it was busier than I anticipated, as with all of Phuket.

Very good value for money, good location away from the beach. Although we made a small mistake booking a hotel so far away from the activities we wanted to do during our stay, the area we were in was still lovely. It had a back street full of nice bars and eateries

Unfortunately we were on the 5th floor, the floor beneath the rooftop pool. Meaning we could hear children thumping in the water up until 9pm when the pool closed. Sound proofing isn't great but not a big deal

Rooma were modern and clean. Good condition. Staff was very polite and sweet.

Breakfast was really basic. Not many options. No decent coffee, only instant coffee and hot water.

Our stay with Jono X was really great! The hotel is just a 3-minute walk away from the beach. The room was cleaned every day on our request and even without. Breakfast was tasty and diverse.

There were just two narrow rails on the balcony where we could dry our clothes. Would recommend to make up something to tackle this problem because there are always many wet swimming suits and other clothes to dry at the beach holiday.

Very modern clean, the roof top Pool was nice.

The breakfast was a let down it could have been so Much better

We recently stayed in Jonox and had a really pleasant stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained. Location was fantastic! It's conveniently situated, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The big Buddha is a 30min plus tuk tuk drive away and truly worth it! 7/11 and chemist right outside the front too, which come in handy when travelling with kids.

Only downsode would be that the hotel pool is a rooftop so limited on sun beds.. I think I counted 18 plus 3 day beds. I appreciate this is a rooftoop pool but a bit annoying when you have been out exploring the area and just want to chill by the pool.

Most notably, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (so was the owner). The rooms were new and clean, the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom had great lighting as well as an awesome shower. The rooftop pool was nice as well, a good place to relax in the afternoon. The location is good, only a few minutes walking from the beach. It will be even better when the second entrance opens :)

just very small things: there were no sockets in the bathroom, the TV had no internet connection (although a smart TV) and only Russian and Thai channels, the breakfast buffet was okay but didn’t offer proper coffee or much variety. Although super friendly, the staff couldn’t advise much on tourist attractions in the area, which might be nice to have in the future. The only really bad thing were some of the other guests who behaved like they were the only ones in the hotel (playing loud music at the pool, drunk yelling, being rude to staff etc.)
