The hotel is beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was also very quiet at night, so we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The breakfast was also quite good, lots of options to choose from for a good price.

We loved our stay, although the hotel is not so close to the city center, so it can take quite some time to reach the main attractions. However, there are two metro stations nearby and plenty of buses, so commuting was still doable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a great bed and quality amenities. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.

Only Hairdryer cable was short, nothing else 😀

The cleanliness of the pool

Very good location - relatively quiet location, yet close to the next underground connection point (L10, Foneria). Half of the rooms have a view to Montjuic, ask for levels 5 or upwards. Close bus connection to Montjuic (No.13). Modern hotel, yet unique interior design reflecting the local architectural tradition. Very forthcoming staff - effective help in organising even challenging tickets (e.g. Sagrada Familia). Abundant breakfast in a stylishly arranged spacious breakfast room. The infinity pool / resting area on the 11th is a great option to refresh and have a short sunbath.

Beautiful , modern hotel. In a less busy area but plenty of cafes, small markets etc close by. Also a large Carrefour and shopping mall 3 mins drive. Olympic park close by and walking trails. Roof pool which is a reason we booked to relax on a stop before flying put of Barcelona. Easy ride to airport. Good staff. Had a plumbing issue with sink and this was fixed quickly Would definitely stay again and would use Leonardo group hotels in other cities. Great stay

Pool was unexpectedly closed for a private event when we were told it would be open. Returned to the hotel to relax there one afternoon but was closed. No privacy with sliding bathroom glass door doesnt fully close Hair dryer screwed to inside drawer and cord not long enough to dry hair. Had to crouch which gave me a sore neck. For this luxury hotel do not need dryers screwed on. Clientele who stay are not the type to take hotel hair dryers.

Lobby with bar- great, cosy atmosphere to chill out after long day of sightseeing. 8. Good location- not close to centre but as great public transport in Barcelona easy to move around. Lots of local shops and coffee places in walking distance from hotel. 9. Friendly staff, reception open 24hrs. 10. Modern design.

Our experience at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Barcelona was nothing short of exceptional. I was visiting on a business trip with my family, and the hotel struck the perfect balance between professional and welcoming. A very special mention goes to Eduard (part of the night manager staff). He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, accommodating our late-night requests for tea and water, always with a warm smile. He even took the time to practice Spanish with my son, which made the stay extra memorable. His kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. The hotel itself is excellent. Breakfast offers both a full continental and a cooked option, with plenty of choice and reasonable hours. The rooftop garden and pool are absolute highlights, stunning views of Barcelona and a perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Plus, the location is very convenient, with two metro stations just a five-minute walk away, making it quick and easy to get into the city center. Overall, we felt genuinely welcomed, well taken care of, and impressed by the quality of the service and facilities. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Barcelona.

We liked a lot the lobby and the interiors. The room amenities as well as the decorations were very nice. The breakfast also and the staff quite helpfuyl, trying for their best since the hotel was crowded. The parking so much convinient with good rate. The staff pleasant and ready to help.

The restaurant needs serious improvement. We disliked the food and we couldn't even give a second chance. The bar also should have more options and more educated staff. Since the interiors and the atmosphere are really nice, they could offer a much more better experience. From the rooms, only the mattress was not so comfy.

The was exceptional. There weren't any major issue. The room was clean and well equipped. There were everything what is required for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. In the end the view from the room was spectacular.

The hotel location is a bit far from the city center. The fridge was not filled whit snacks. Even tho It was available to purchase anything at the reception all day and night, it would be more comfortable to have snack at the hotel room.

The location of the hotel is very good, near supermarkets and metro/bus stations. The hotel is big, very nice and modern decorated. They have a cost lobby, a private restaurant and a small but nice pool at the last level. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable. The cleaning is done daily, they also refill the coffee machine with capsules and tea.

No mini bar available in the room, only to take the products from the bar which is at first level.
