The staff was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and kind. I was stranded in Spain for an extra week due to contracting an illness and the staff treated me so kindly. I will never forget them.

I wish there was a refridgerator and microwave in my room. I was sick with covid so for me, I would have felt better having tea and coffee in my room and being able to store some food in the fridge. As it was, I had to eat breakfast in the public space. I was afraid of infecting others. I had to order dinner every night. I had no where to store leftovers and had to throw them away.

Clean - stuff nice .

There is nothing around or walkable if u need to buy food or anything. Due that there is nothing around , they could have a small room with things to purchase in case people staying here might need like : water bottle, instant soups, cookies, snacks etc . Even that there is a vending machine that didn’t work :(

It is a decent option to stay if you have an early flight to catch.

It is practically not possible to reach the location using anything but their shuttle service which is to be paid at additional cost. The shuttle is only available at certain hours and one needs to align with the schedule and not the personal needs. Not all from the personnel speak good English.

Close to the airport, easy to get there, super friendly staff, bed ok, the room is pretty big

I got cold because they turned off the heat in the early morning. The water in the shower was never hot, and it was more on the cold side. No elevator, you have to carry your suitcase up (it's only one floor) It was too expensive for what I got

It was amazing place. At the beginning staff informed me and my girlfriend that they changed our room for a better in the same price (room was more spacious and had 2 big beds). Another plus was really kind and helpful staff - especially Mr Carlos. He was eloquent, helpful and very understanding, what was really important for us because we are foreigners. In addition, it was clean, spacious and peaceful place (even though the hotel was near airport). Hotel was far from center, but also was well connected - there was a bus stop, which we could have gone from to the metro station and then to the Madrid center.

Hotel was not very near from the Barajas Airport like it seemed on the map. There can be a problem to go there on foot - the best option is taxi. In addition there were thin walls. But this is small details.

The place was clean, the beds were comfortable. The Airport shuttle for 10 euros per room was a great convenience because my flight was leaving at 7:15 in the morning.

Located close to the bus stop so it was easy to go Madrid city center and other places.

Excellent location, excellent staff either at night when arrived in and in the morning when leaving to the airport.! The shuttle was also very comfort.!! The only thing that was not very pleasant was the breakfast, too poor and not many

Close to the airport, and yet we never heard any plane noise all night. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. Oh, and lots of nice cats roaming around the reception area. Gotta love that!

The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable.

The fact that it is more like a motel style, with several blocks, rather than a single building. It is difficult to get luggage up the stairs. Phoning the office is difficult (they’re always very busy).

The room was big. I also liked that they had a lounge for waiting until check in— that was really useful. Great, easy-access, airport shuttle (cheaper than in other options I found)

My shower door was broken and my room seemed to have no AC. The room also gets really loud because of the planes, which is kind of expected.
