- Location was perfect: just across the beach, close to the Salou Port and restaurants - very nice size room with very comfortable bed and sofa - very clean room - the breakfast was very rich in tasteful options - the pool looked great

- Every 4 stars hotel I used until now was equipped with kettle for hot water to be able to prepare a coffee or tea outside breakfast hours - Suggest to use 2 blankets for the large bed instead of 1 very large blanket that was too heavy and difficult to adapt to both people.

Large selection at breakfast & was generally all very tasty. Dining hall had loads of space so didn't feel crowded or like you had to rush Everything was very clean, super happy with the condition of our room & balcony. Room was spacious with a good amount of storage space and plug sockets. Having a "hotel TV channel" with information about the hotel (&the euros) was really helpful! Hotel were able to order a taxi for us which was great as we didn't know local companies. The pool area was really pleasant to sit in. We didn't go in the pool as we're non-smokers but was a lovely space to be in. Liked that the hotel has a "no reserving deck chairs" policy which people mostly kept to. Not sure what it's like when it hits really busy season but hotel was generally quiet & peaceful. Location was excellent - right at the beach, in between the busier and quieter ends of the town meaning we could easily choose what kind of atmosphere we wanted! Blüüma beach club was super handy! Staff were friendly and always ready to help - especially the dining staff Although we don't have kids, seemed like a really family-friendly hotel. Hotel did a great job making it a comfortable & inclusive space - didn't feel out of place without kids.

There was actually very little we didn't like - these are small things: Although staff were generally friendly & helpful, there were sometimes times we felt like we were being a nuisance by asking for help or like we'd asked a silly question. It was our first time in Spain so we were probably asking things that "everyone knows" The "Arena" restaurant was very cold & expensive. The annoying music on one of the game machines!

The hotel was in the perfect location. Facing the beach. A 10 min walk to the main area where shops bars and restaurants were, so not a noisy area. The rooms were large and spacious and the decor and furniture very stylish and smart. The beds were big and comfy. The bathroom was new and smart. The shower was very good. All in all the rooms were fab. The pool area was clean and well kept. Plenty of beds and the use of towels by the pool for free. There was a poolside bar which was good. The staff were all very friendly and worked very hard. There is a car park which you pay for just outside the front door. Breakfast was well stocked and had everything and more. Hot food, all cereals, pastries, fruit, meats and cheese , juices teas and coffee.

There are no negative things to speak of.

Modern and beautiful decor throughout, fantastic pool area with comfortable sun loungers, excellent restaurant, great location, brilliant, attentive staff. Comfortable beds/pillows, excellent food, lifeguard on duty, huge rooms, immaculately clean, pool towels, great facilities - perfect for families and couples who want a relaxing break. Across the road from the beach, a nice 10 min walk into the centre of Salou along the beachfront but far enough out of town for it to be quiet and relaxing. Breakfast, dinner and pool bar served excellent food some of which was cooked in front of you. Restaurant offered great choice and everything was replenished quickly so it stayed fresh. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly as were staff at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Courtesy shower for late flight and arranged taxis back to the airport. Stayed 4 nights but could have stayed longer! Very relaxing break.

It was all perfect - nothing to dislike

Lovely bedroom , very clean, comfortable bed. Great air-conditioning. Great shower We were on the 1st floor and had sea view. The hotel was in great location. We could just walk out onto promenade lots of nice shops near and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent

We would have liked if there was cold meat like ham to have with salad for evening meal. We found the roast beef very under cooked for our liking but I think that's because that's the way the Spanish eat it. Us irish prefer it cooked a bit more.

I stayed at this hotel for a sports event and was very pleased. The location is convenient, and the comfort level was just what I needed. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and some spoke Russian, while communication in English was easy. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully renovated. The whole hotel feels fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, and overall service was great.

The mattress was a bit firm and the pillows a bit soft for my taste, but that’s a minor detail. The bed itself was spacious and very comfortable. I’d gladly stay here again!

The location is great, close to the beach and lots of local bars and restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious and look nice. Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful when we had some problems with our room (they even offered us a room upgrade). Would reccomend if you plan to visit Salou.

The only downside would be the sound proofing on the terrace-facing glass door. Depending where your room is facing, it can be a bit noisy sometimes.

The room it’s big and stunning ; as in the pictures; with a beautiful bed and comfortable mattress. Great big balcony with a pool view . Breakfast great. Many choices and spacious place to take the breakfast. Not a second I felt to be rushed. I enjoyed in calm and peace of mind breakfast time. The staff was kind. We also found a small treat for the children in the bathroom (a small toy bath fish) that was very appreciated. A play room for kids that can be better cured and to could have more toys/activities but we like it.

The schedule of the entertainment program wasn’t indeed respected but we managed to do some nice activities as face painting, drawing and toy car walk for the children with the nice lady assigned to this activities

1. Kids club was terrific. The girls were friendly and you felt comfortable leaving your children with them. 2. Staff in general were lovely especially at the pool bar. 3. Room was bright and spacious and cleaning was to a high standard. 4. Super selection at breakfast. Something for everyone.

1. Didn't realize that pool towels came with our accommodation so we had brought them with us. 2. Gym could possibly have more weight lifting equipment in it in the absence of free lifting weights. 3. We didn't realize you could rent bicycles until the day we were leaving as were never told this on arrival/website.

Room - good size, clean and bright. Large balcony with two chairs and table. Fantastic shower! Dining room - lovely and bright and kept immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and made sure everything was tidy. Food - breakfast and dinner on couple of nights. Nice selection and all food dishes were kept clean and refreshed. Reception - area was bright, clean and modern. We stayed in April during low season so not many people about.

Pool area - this was a let down. The hotel was quiet but the little tables next to sunbeds were very dirty. One afternoon we decided to sit around the pool for an hour and I had to ask the pool attendant for a cloth and spray so I could wipe ours down as it was so dirty and I didn't want to put my drinks down. I was very surprised that the inside of the hotel was immaculately clean yet the pool area was so dirty. The pool attendant sat in the corner and I felt he could have walked around and just wiped over the tables for guests. This was a let down.
