We had room service due to late arrival. Order was attended to asap as we had requested, delivery and room attendant was very polite and helpful. On arrival the doorman Wass very helpful and showed us how to use lifts etc. equally as polite and helpful was the receptionist who checked us in.

I choose the hotel as it had a shuttle service, however I was very disappointed that it only operated between 10am and 7pm

Great for plane spotters and golfers

This hotel advertises *and uses as a filter on Bookings.com) a free airport shuttle BUT it only runs 4 time a day and you can lay take a 10kg carry on bag with you. This was completely useless to me and would be to many others who filter for a free shuttle and then find after they have booked that they need to taxi to and from the airport. Rather annoying.

The hotel has a clean, very long pool for lap swims. The restaurant is okay. We paid extra for a room with a view of the pool and golf course. It is a nice, comfortable hotel for a layover in Singapore.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport, but the times are VERY limited. We had to wait two hours for the shuttle when we arrived, and left too early to take advantage of the shuttle. The hotel is also very far from the city. It is okay for a stop over if you are not planning on going into town for attractions and are happy to hang out at the hotel pool. The hotel offers limited shuttle service to other locations, but none that were at a convenient time or of interest to us. The hotel is also very expensive, but I think that is just Singapore.

Hotel “forgot” to mention on booking.com that the advertised airport transfer service only works between 10am and 5pm and only hourly so you’ll need to fork out another 50$ on your stay

Beds were really comfortable, Staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved the lunchtime buffet (great range, excellent taste and quality), very reasonably priced for inhouse guests. The pool was big and warm.

My booking at the Dusit Thani Laguna was a treat for the last 2 days of my 8 week holiday, to aid with relaxation and a bit of pampering. The hotel is exceptional and the staff are so friendly. The breakfast that was included in my booking fee was amazing and the choices available mind blowing. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing, weirdly even though the location is close enough to the airport, I hardly heard the planes. I had 2 spa treatments whilst there which were good. The lovely concierge was exceptional and made my stay a real joy.

When booking, I hadn't realised that such extensive construction work was going on around the hotel, building a new Metro station. However that said, it was only on the taxi ride over that I noticed that but the noise wasn't audible at all when I was at the hotel, especially when outside which was nice.

An excellent hotel near the airport with airport transfer available (but on its own schedule), reasonably sized rooms, clean, private pool with integrated whirlpools, friendly and professional staff. Exceptionally good breakfast, transfer to the city center available (but on its own schedule). Overall satisfaction.

Unfortunately, there are construction sites on all sides at the moment. It is not noisy, but there is no other means of transport (not even to the city center) except for taxis. It would be helpful to provide a little more information about the location and the possibility of hotel transfers from the airport for those who are unfamiliar with Singapore Airport.

Very stylish, comfortable rooms and common areas. The pool is huge and the entire outside area beautiful, the gym very spacious and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is also a big plus.

Very convenient for going to the airport or spending one night before leaving / after arriving in Singapore. But not for anything else unless one is a golfer. There is no public transport and the city center is far.

The property is beautiful, relatively smaller than I had expected. Pools are stunning, and the rooms are large. Restaurants on site are a nice touch as well. Loved the room service and proximity from the airport. The hotel is also 20 minutes or so from garden bay, so it was very centrally located between the airport and tourist attractions. Getting a taxi is easy and the concierge is helpful with booking transport if needed. The staff was great and upgraded me to a room away from the construction.

The construction surrounding the property was slightly off-putting, but the property itself was stunning.

Nothing much around the hotel. Construction going on so couldn't go for a walk around
