The spa is amazing, much bigger than I expected and very clean and modern. They have a steam room, a sauna, an ice shower, and best of all, heated chaise longues. The room was a decent size and we had an insane view of Mount Ararat from our bedroom window.

The hotel is not directly in the centre, we often had to walk 25-30 mins to get to the busy streets, restaurants, tour meeting points etc. Sadly, I did not receive a cookie on arrival.

The staff of the hotel is great. They're very responsive even through the booking process. All my questions were answered promptly and accurately. The front desk staff was well informed as was staff at breakfast. They welcomed me with a gluten free fresh bread and a desert made especially for me. It was amazingly thoughtful! The hotel and the staff pay attention to all the little details that make a stay memorable. Thank you all! Breakfast is great, with an excellent selection of everything. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and warm. The gym is very well equipped. The restaurant (and room service) have a very good selection of food. The food is well prepared, fresh and tasty.

Everything was great! The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. I felt the luxury without the stuffiness. Rather good location (close to the main square, walking distance). Gym was open 24/7. Nice wellness center with saunas.

Nothing much. Although there are not many restaurants in the neighborhood (still walking distance from the hotel). Few times I had a problem with WiFi connection.

Had a recent trip to Armenia, This property and its staffs are absolutely a hidden gem in Armenia. Its a great hotel with an excellent staff and at center of the city which is a plus point for any tourists and business travelers. General Manager - Luciano's personal effort to assuring guests the top notch service was commendable and most importantly Ms. Anesthesia- the Breakfast staff from F&B is admirable and she has got the leadership skills to the lead a very successful restaurant and she knows exactly how to deliver an exceptional customer service. She is a great asset and a role model for her colleagues. I wish them all the best and looking forward to stay next time when I'm at Armenia!

Should have more options in Breakfast

I usually couldn’t sleep when traveling because of the bed and pillows but staying here is completely the opposite, me and my friend slept like a baby. The breakfast was amazing. Our room is squeaky clean. Especially the staffs are helpful and pleasant to talk with. I lost my cap on the cab and the reception staffs helped me to fix the issue and I got back the item. Amazing stay for us and will definitely come back.

Nothing to mention

There were plenty of options for breakfast and everything was tasty. The restaurant was, clean and inviting. I highly recommend this property. Also even though the hotel is not on Hrabarag or on the Northern Avenue, it is close to everything. Only a 15 minutes pleasent walk and you reach wherever you like. The View of Ararad and Masis Mountains from my room was impressive.

I can compare it the 5 star hotels I stayed in Yerevan before. This time I chose Double Tree because the medical meeting I participated took place there. I was thinking this is not going to be that good but I had a much better experience than I thought.

Last day of our stay, they didn’t provide us water, we need it emergency but they say you are going to check out in 2 hours so we will not provide any services. Also, last day we didn’t have any hot water in bathroom.

The staff - front desk, breakfast, restaurant - all were awesome! Good English and responsive. They called us taxis, gave directions to places we wanted to go, filled our coffee cups before we realized we needed refills. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The A/C can be lowered or raised only three degrees in the room, after that you need to ask the front desk to change the temperature.

While breakfast was excellent and facilities are fair and clean the most biggest credit went to stuff. Their customer centricity and delivering exceptional service are on the highest level. Thank You for Your service, it would be nice and wise to visit Double Tree Yerevan again

Good hotel, helpful staff, great spa center and massages. Convenient location for both city center and convention center nearby. Bar works till 4am, which is great but dangerous :)

Would have preferred not Italian but Armenian restaurant on-site, but thats a personal choice. The quality of the food was good regardless.
