Staff delightfully friendly in the main and could not do enough for you; Kledji and Guilia deserve special praise for their genuine warmth towards guests. Dining room pleasant enough and we dined alfresco every night allowing us to people watch and enjoy lovely sunsets over the beach. It was a shame a first rate lounge and indoor pool were very rarely used by guests in our experience. Plenty of choice at breakfast and as we chose half board, the evening meals consisted of a mixture of buffet and or a small range of a la carte offerings, the latter seemingly often fish dominated which is not my personal preference. Did not matter though as there was always something from the hot/cold buffet to choose.

Two minor criticisms. Buffett items were always so well presented but rarely if at all labelled so guests did not know the name of the dish and what was being served up. The lovely glass balustrade suffered from the effects of the setting sun which would reveal extensive cleaning wipe marks/smears where cleaning fluids/water had perhaps dried prematurely. It did detract from the otherwise lovely dining room ambience

Good location to go for beach. They have indoor swimming pool so we could compensate bad weather but with big but see section what I didn’t like. Room with balcony with view to the see - from the side but still good. Quite good breakfast.

Lack of bathrobe in the room. Not sufficient space in parking. Hilarious and dramatic in same time setup of indoor swimming pool. I have never been in hotel were you need to entry swimming pool via gym and you need head cup! Worse to say. Change room is one level down so you need to walk back via gym to change room. Lack of sunbeds and you are enforced to entry pool zone via automatic shower… view of parents holding baby and their stuff and surprise about enabling shower priceless :) architect of this place probably was never using a swimming pool or was a simple idiot.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied and the cofee top notch.

The window of the bedroom faced the slley where the garbage from the restaurant was dumped between 5 am and 1 am (was in the annex). There was no view, contrary to rhe pictures on the website. The garage is cramped and expensive and if you want to charge the electrical car, it's 40 eyro on top of the 30 per day. The advirtised pool is more of a (short) lap pool with no deck chairs around.

Great location clean rooms and hotel and friendly and helpful staff.. the AC works in this Italian scorching summer it’s a necessity

The beach clubs in-front are private not owned by the hotel and usually fully booked all summer difficult to get umbrellas and beds you need to go really early on any day to have a chance

cleanliness of the hotel as well as proximity to well organized beaches and restaurants. All the staff was pleasant and of great attention to our needs. at the restaurant we were impressed by Klejdi one of the staff members for his knowledge of languages, the area and attentiveness.

This is an excellent hotel for location and views across the sea front and promenade. The breakfast included int he room rate was great, it was fresh and plentiful with good choices each day. the staff in this hotel are superb, friendly and attentive.

We cannot pick any fault with the hotel

Staff is amazing, always smiling and trying to help, the room was good, partly renovated, but comfortable, sea view is a nice bonus, especially from the higher floors, the offer safe underground parking, which is a bonus.

A bit of work is required on the furniture, it is quite outdated, some of the elements are slightly used and might need an update, also the parking is quite pricing, but this is it you take it or leave it.

1) The proximity to the beach and main boulevard. 2) Availability of the spa and fitness area that are free to use during the stay. (Liked sauna and jacuzzi). 3) Excellent breakfast 4) The stuff was nice to arrange a check in 1h earlier. 5) Room was spacious and clean, as well as there was a vast range of products/services.

The hotel has an agreement with 2 beach area hosts, but both are way expensive (17-20€ just for 2 seating chairs and 30+€ for 2 sunbeds) WHILE others nearby (~20-25€ per 2 sunbeds). So there is no point in going to those hosts suggested by a hotel, when just a few meters away there are the same quality but cheaper options.

Breakfast was superb, the selection of fresh fruit was a delight every morning and the porridge prepared by the kitchen was outstanding. The main thing about this hotel is the staff, they are so friendly and super helpful. Anything at all was no problem; day trips, restaurant recommendations, ordering a taxi, broadband help all answered politely and informatively.

The taxi back to the airport arranged by hotel, we were ripped off with a charge of 120 euro (we only paid 70 euro coming) Not the hotels fault, but beware, make sure you confirm the price before you get in. I was shocked that the taxi company charged this price knowing the hotel chose them.

Exceptional location. I upgraded myself to a Seaview Room with Balcony and amazing views. Super spa and l had two messages which were excellent. Attentive staff.

My only issue was a drawer in my cabinet which still had clothing from a previous guest.
