We got a free upgrade to a unit near the beach which was nice. We could see and hear the waves. We had a nice big verandah to sit on. Free Tea, coffee and milk was nice in the morning.

The unit was very clean but had a bit of a musty smell like the unit had been closed up for sometime when we arrived. We opened the windows to let some fresh air in. The beds are a little uncomfortable, in the unit we were in anyway, can't say about the others. The units are a little out of the way to main areas like shoal bay, it cost us $40 each way in a taxi to get to shoal bay country club.

The cabin had all the essentials needed. It was close to the pool and Birubi Beach is only a short walk away - and it's an amazing beach.

The pool was dirty and had bits of sweet wrappers floating in it. There was only one dryer that worked. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The fridge smelled of bad fish. Better covered area for hanging towels etc would be nice.

Great location close to beach as well, clean cabin, comfy beds too. Nice spacious cabin for my family of 5 . Easy parking beside cabin big caravan park. Very good service in booking and text message was clear easy to understand.

Only thing we had when we arrive the hot water instantaneous was turn off flicked a switch on was simple fix.. There was a blown light bulb in bathroom. Pool got really busy as it was quite a hot day pool got a little hectic, but to he expected. Nothing to complain about at all. Will stay again

Deluxe Cabin No.18 was clean and beds were super comfortable Love that linen is provided for all beds, not just the main ones Pedestal fan in the kids room was awesome as I always pack my own Kitchen was well equipped and added bonus of our own BBQ on the verandah was great Loved the separate toilet/bathroom set up Pool was fantastic and the amenities and camp kitchen were so well maintained Location was ideal and central to so many attractions you'd be hard pressed to find nothing to do either in the park or a short walk from it The skate park, beach and pool kept the kids happy and away from technology Shower available to wash the sand off at the beach and also as you enter the park helped keep the mess in the cabins to a minimum Staff were super accommodating and really lovely We'll definitely be back again

If you are staying in some of the smaller cabins be aware that some do not have bathroom facilities and you need to use the amenities block nearby That said the amenities were very clean and well maintained but could be annoying for anyone that needed the bathroom during the night

Loved our ensuite site and loved the location of the park! It was such a great spot and we will definitely be back.

We can’t really fault our experience. Staff were great, we had a clean ensuite and the powered site was perfect.

The location was amazing. Like a 2 minute walk to the amazing birubi beach and playground. We could walk to the town center in about 12 minutes too, which had a little grocery shop and a really nice family friendly pub which we went to twice. And a 1 minute drive to crest an amazing cafe which incredible views of the beach and sand dunes - we went to crest three times! Loved Anna bay, loved the location.

The accommodation could be modernized a little (even just modernizing the bed sheets would change the feel of the place alot I think.) some bare essential cooking ingredients (oil, salt and pepper) would be really appreciated. And some dish washing liquid that didn’t have cautions all over it would be nicer too.

Donna and Sam were just brilliant throughout the booking and arrival check in process. We had a large group and they did an amazing job in grouping everyone. Very friendly and accommodating.

Probably would have liked warmer blankets due to winter. Overall though very obliging in providing extras when asked.

Great location, especially for stay with dogs. Pet friendly cabins were old & dated, however it was very clean and everything needed was available. Very short walk to dog friendly beach, supermarket and pub.

Prime location to beach. Very tidy park with good facilities . Staff were fantastic especially with a problem with our hot water and the hws was replaced same day. Couldn’t ask for more.

No Wifi

The location is perfect, we get to visit the beach in the afternoon and morning again. And good amenities. Pool was nice and warm. Friendly staff members.

We couldn’t have our two cabins side by side, but I know it was not always possible before I booked.
