Upon arrival staff was so welcoming! Apartment had everything I needed and location was great. Undercover security parking was awesome. Beds were comfy too

The stairs were a bit steep going down! Didn't realise that the entry door was above the apartment.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay with all the essential amenities. Its convenient location, just a short walk from the town centre, made it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Best of all, the price was very reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality and convenience offered."\

Upon check-in, we were asked to wait while the housekeeping list was being reviewed. We stood there for over five minutes before the receptionist and cleaner confirmed that all rooms were ready. Only then were we attended to and handed paperwork to complete. By that time, two other couples had also arrived and were waiting to check in. It would have been more appropriate to prioritise serving customers first, and handle housekeeping checks separately or afterward

I got the best suite, which has a partial ocean view that is quite a generous view. It looks like the room in the photos for that suite, so my expectations were met. The location is handy to the shops, town centre, and an easy walk to the beach if you don't mind a gentle slope. The pool is fantastic, very relaxing after a hot humid day or in the mornings to wake up. The air-con was pretty awesome in the living area, and it was good having an air-con unit in the bedroom too.

The included wifi was so bad it was actually unusable - it couldn't even load a web page. It's absolutely atrocious and they should fix this. This was very disappointing as I was there to relax whilst also working remotely, so for most of the day I was in the room working on my laptop but having to hotspot to my phone for internet access. The room was mostly clean but I found a toenail clipping and a pumpkin seed on the floor just slightly under the sofa. The cleaners need to lift the sofa when vacuuming.

Sea view from the top floor. Fairy quiet. Beds were comfortable. Has all the amenities you would need. Was overall clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Undercover car parking with plenty of space. Air con was great. Good location. Short walk to the Main Street and waterfront.

Lift was fairly dark. Open structure between levels where the staircase is. Undeveloped land behind the building is a bit of an eyesore. Some construction noise in the morning. Curtains a little warn. Water pressure was low in the shower and toilet. Hairdryer seemed very old and dangerous. Internet/wifi access was very poor. Noise of the doors opening and closing.

I would really like to draw to your attention the concierge that was on duty for our stay . His name was Matt , he was absolutely the best thing about our stay . He was friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been in hospitality and retail for a long time, and Matt is definitely a hospitality superstar. I cannot thank him enough for his recommendations for dining and entertainment , it definitely made our stay . Awesome work Matt , you are definitely in the right industry , and I hope that you're extremely successful in your career

Really couldn't fault anything

The room was super nice and spacious, with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, which was a big plus. The bed was insanely comfy—probably one of the best we’ve slept on! The balcony with its beautiful sea view was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, too; just a short walk down to the town, with Woolies less than five minutes away. Free undercover and secure parking was also a great bonus. Overall, it was such a cozy spot and had everything we needed for a perfect stay!

The only small downside was that, even though we were informed, having housekeeping would have been a nice touch during our stay.

Room was nice and spacious, but it needs a bit of maintenance in general. Lifts are dangerously dark, and completely inappropriate for a hotel. It's great to go green but there needs to be some common sense when installing lights in a public area. staff was very nice, kind and also helpful. Bed was good, apartment only had the bare necessities from a cooking perspective, but it was ok. Pool was nice and location is god.

Lift lights! change them please! You cannot have lights that are not lighting up the lift. You are trying to clearly be environmentally friendly with your LED bulbs but they are too low quality and you cannot practically see anything in there.

We were travelling for a touch football tournament and the one bedroom apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. The pool was great for my daughter to be able to cool off in the afternoon and the reception staff member was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. My only recommendation would be having the cleaning staff use some exit mould or similar in the shower recess. Otherwise the room and property was very clean. The courtyard access to our apartment was also very convenient for packing and unpacking the car.

The room was beautiful, clean, and super spacious! We had a stunning view of the bay and loved that we were only a short walk into the town centre. The staff were incredible and so friendly. We made the most of the pool throughout our stay and loved the relaxed vibe that this accommodation provided. Our room was huge with stunning views and was lit up every morning and afternoon with both the sunrise and sunset over the bay/mountains. We will absolutely be back!!

We had a few small issues with the appliances in the room. Our oven did not work properly but other than that everything was perfect. We didn't worry about mentioning the oven issue until we left as it wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, but if we had I'm confident staff would have done everything possible to have this rectified.

It's big and clean. Everything you need is there. Afterall I was only staying for a couple of nights. I did like it and will definitely be back in future

The little sofa is so uncomfortable that needs upgrading definitely. The one thing that really got to me is that the door to the apartment didn't lock. That I did report to front desk. He made a note of it not sure if anything will get done
