We had a wonderful stay at Cote. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, marina, shops, and restaurants. It made getting around so easy, and the views were beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Nelson Bay.

Could not fault the place

Great location! Huge apartmemt with, nice sea views and balcony. Good pool and BBQ facilities! Everything was clean. Comfortable couch and beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

It is not a major issue, but given it is a self-catering unit, it would have been helpful to have some basic condiments such as spray & cook, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, etc. But it was good to have Woolworths in close walking distance. A picture fell off the wall overnight, but the reception team assisted.

The apartment itself was lovely and well presented. It had all the creature comforts and facilities we needed for our family for the weekend. It was in a great location. The terrace was a lovely addition, the kids loved sitting out there and playing.

We booked the accommodation after seeing that the first picture advertising the venue was a pool. It was going to be a really warm weekend and with young children, we thought perfect! Unfortunately the pool was closed due to renovations. There was no warning of this on the booking site or any confirmation emails issued which was disappointing.

Pool was amazing. Great to have a washing machine and dryer in the room, that was a huge bonus. Apartment was spacious. Really good!! Will definitely book there again. This time for a longer stay. We really had a great stay

Walking through the basement parking area to go to town was not great. Its very hot down there, by the time you get to road you are sticky and sweaty. Would have been great to go from the room to the lift to the lobby.

Location was excellent!!

A small issue but it was annoying that in the main bedroom there were only sliding doors for fresh air which only opened in the middle (not from the side). The curtains also didn't open in the middle but came from the side meaning there was no way to have the door a little open for fresh air without having to fully open the curtains. A simple design flaw with the curtains but one which could make a big difference to allow a lovely cool breeze in the evening whilst sleeping.

Absolutely awesome location. the unit was very quiet and comfortable. We experienced issues accessing free to air channels on our TV on the first night but Pam on reception was very attentive and was able to get it fixed the next day, She's an absolute CHAMPION!!

We experienced quite a few ants in the kitchen area in our unit and this needs to be addressed. It was in the area where the kettle and the toaster is kept. This needs to be addressed!!!!!! Also the flush button for the toilet in our unit is not functional and again should be addressed.

Loved Cote D Azur we stayed for 4 nights the room was so beautiful comfortable and clean The location is amazing walked everywhere did not use the car once King size bed so comfortable My sons room 2 king singles perfect The lounge room and kitchen were amazing As well as both bathrooms Everything you need to cook if you want or go out sharkeys pizza across the road was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten Pool was great I could go on!!!! But best you try it for yourself try to book level 4 for an amazing view We will be back Thankyou Pam 😃

It’s very spacious, clean, the staff was amazing and was a great location.

The air conditioner wasn’t that cold for the whole property, 2 bedrooms were very hot during the night. Only 1 bedroom was very cold during the night. Also the air conditioner in the fitness doesn’t work so my family and I weren’t able to exercise that much due to being really hot in there.

Stunning. clean room, with beautiful modern kitchen. Quiet and excellent location. A short walk to everything. Great gym and sauna facility. Would be great in Summer! Will come back.

The air conditioning was difficult to figure out and so we were a little cold at night, and pool was not heated. But these were minor issues that were happily overlooked as everything else was beyond expectations.

Located right next door to a supermarket was great. Only a short and flat stroll to the Main Street with restaurants and boutiques and Marina. Great pool and nice view from our apartment.

Resort muddled the keys on arrival so had to call the emergency number but was sorted out so was all good. Apartments are individually furnished and decorated so would suggest looking carefully through the photos provided before booking. Garage basement extremely hot!
