The staff and amenities were great. We reported a couple of minor issues and they were addressed in a timely friendly manner.

The cabin was not suitable for a couple without disabilities. There was no storage in the kitchen. There was a lot of dampness in the cabin so towels did not dry and moisture was everywhere. The second bedroom had no storage.

Location is super duper, a quieter place than Nelson's Bay, which is what we like. We come from hustle and we don't do bustle on our breaks. Lovely area for younger families, fab Sports club just around the road and is actually walking distance. The beach is always under loved and clean. The beach walks are astounding. The coastal walk to Nelson's Bay is just gorgeous. The surf club has excellent coffee and my breakfast were frittas that were delish

I think the wife and I are over the double bed size. In 2023 I think it's time to dump the double and move to a queen. Unfortunately we will be seeking accommodation with larger main beds. Didn't like the pool being out of commission during a long weekend.. bummer.

Great to have a beautiful beach right across the road. Lovely to get up and watch the sunrise while enjoying a coffee. Lovely and quiet, it was the relaxing time away that I needed. Will certainly come back again.

I didn't find anything that I didn't enjoy in my time away. All the facilities met my expectations so I have nothing that I could say that I didn't like.

The unit was clean and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The location being right across the street from the beach access was awesome.

We did have some issues like not being able to use the fan over the stove and the sink drain being plugged. Even when we reported it at the front desk it did not get fixed while we were there.

Loved the pool, play ground, beach across road and cafes and iga all near by. Bowling club within walking distance. Cabin clean and well supplied. Staff very friendly plenty of bbqs for all to use.

Lots of mosquito's in some of the camping areas. Lots of noise if near the pool till well into the night.

Games room was great for my little girl. Weather wasn't fantastic so didn't really explore the other facilities

I love dogs, but too many in the camp kitchen, dog leads to trip over as my daughter will agree and she loves dogs too.

Many thanks to all the staff, but to Heath, and then Teagan in particular, for their flexibility and understanding, making changes that allowed me to extend my stay until my evening return flight. Much appreciated!

Great location quiet park, close to beach. Plenty of linen and towels. Well equipped with all the utensils necessary

Couch was old and uncomfortable and bunk mattresses are more suitable for kids. As adults you could feel the slat frame with the one layer of mattress so we got the top bunk mattress and layered to cushion from feeling the frame below. Took us a while to also know how to turn cooktop on. The kettle was rusty inside.

Beaut spot for a short break, wish they had a kiosk and sold coffee ;-) I would love the pool to be heated for winter and a spa. Room was comfy and plenty of room for two. The people are always ready to help and are very nice.

Perfect location, and park! The amenities were new, clean and great. The best beach stay.

Pool needed a grassed area or lounger chairs. Quite tight for bigger caravans.
