We had a comfortable stay at Port Stephens Motel. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The location was great, and the keypad door entry was super convenient—no need to carry extra keys! It’s also good value for money.

There were a couple of downsides. There were no power outlets on one side of the bed, which was a bit inconvenient, and parking was limited—only 14 spaces for 18 rooms, with almost no street parking nearby. Overall, it's a good stay, but something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

The friendliness and it was very organized. The motel parking was very accessible, we found it straight away at night. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very warm in the middle of winter. The soap and shampoo and amenities were very nice also.

Since it was windy, there were leaves everywhere so I think upkeep of the property would be nice, but again it didn't bother us much.

I stayed at thetete Port Stephens Motel for 8 nights. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The motel is in a very convenient location with a quick 5 minute walk to the Marina and restaurants. At the top of the park across the road is seating where you can see magnificent sunsets. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing i didn't like was the main light switch for the room was above the bed instead of inside the door on entry.

Everything was fine a bit dated the bathroom and carpet but apart from that the room was fine and clean witj a small verandah and a small table with 2 chairs.Plus it had air-conditioning and a TV that were the latest.

Nothing it was fine for a 3 star hotel.

balcony, sounds of the kookaburra, really close to several beaches, comfortable bed. the facilities are not the newest, but i was aware of it and it did not bother me. I also appriciated the dishes, cutlery & electric kettle. the area is quiet and beautiful. I would definitly choose this place again next time.

it was a bit weird that no one was there for checkin, i never saw someone in the reception. communication about checkin & questions etc was only via sms. I hope it was iMessage, that i dont get charged for international sms by my provider.

Location and price were good for the area. We didn't need anything flash, basically a good clean room with basic motel facilities. Received a text on the morning of check in giving room keypad number and asking for car rego we would be travelling in. Each room had undercover parking. We walked 7 minutes into town for breakfast.

Our room faced the road, and being a long weekend there was some road noise thru the night, but only residential noise from cars, not trucks.

Close to Nelson Bay city centre. A short walk to the beach and Markets that are held, Wednesday and Saturday!

Seems silly, but I’d taken snacks and drinks and went to put them in the fridge and the fridge was off! Took a while for it to cool! I’ve never been to accomodation where the fridge was switched off!

We used the pool everyday, beds were comfy, location was great, staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was great but would have been nice if it was a bit bigger.

The vicinity of the hotel/motel was superb to tours departing from dock c. It was a stones through from children’s aqua park on the water too. I wish the single beds were upgraded, the queen was far more comfortable

Single beds not as comfy as queen, perhaps mattress upgrade?

Location of the property which is very close to the beach and other attractions.

It’s a bit cramped than I expected. Did not like the tub for the shower. This is not available in any photo. The beds were too soft especially the double bed. Except for the above nothing negative to share about.
