Thankyou to the owners of No.19 Villa.Newly renovated,clean and comfortable,we had everything needed for a lovely stay.Air con in upstairs bedrooms was much appreciated.Excellent location!100 metres to beach, pleasant stroll to Nelson Bay Marina and town centre.

Being regular visitor to Port Stephens for many years, we would say there is nothing we didn't like about staying here.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a washing machine & dryer, clothing rack for drying clothes on the balcony, an air fryer - good size fridge/freezer, pool is great - beds were comfortable and the staff accommodated our needs for extra towels, where to park our 2nd car - having the restaurant (Nostimo At The Bay - great good, huge portions & nice cocktails) on site was convenient when it rained and we didn't want to venture far. Lots of families and groups were staying while we were there - the BBQ's by the pool are great for large groups.

There was no dish wash liquid or dishwasher powder/tablets.

I was impressed with the presentation of the premises, yards very maintained. Was met by the receptionist, lovely and very helpful lady. Was shown to my room by the receptionist. Room met my expectations, was clean, tidy and pleasant furnishings. The recent renovations to the ensuite bathroom are very nice! If and when they upgrade the 2nd bathroom with spa bath, will make the unit very appealing to guests. Air conditioning in each and every room and tv in bedroom. A delight having a 2nd TV if you have children. Disadvantages no Netflix or any streaming channels. After my Airbnb experience the day prior, that I had to leave the nightmare premises 12 hours after arrival. This unit was a delight to stay in on my birthday, I was able to relax and enjoy my night as planned. Despite paying double the price I normally would on accommodation. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful even though I could see they were busy handling multiple things. They were clear with there instructions and where to park. In addition to two bedrooms upstairs, there was a spare bed in the downstairs part of the townhouse. The location is quite good and a short walk to the beach. You probably need to drive for food in Nelson Bay, however, it's not far to walk to the RSL club if you want to have dinner there.

I can't think of anything other than perhaps some more utensils. It might be useful to put clear signs in a couple of more places (e.g. behind the front door) saying that guests must wash up dishes before they leave.

Location was perfect for us, on our family road trip from Sydney to Brisbane

On the details about accommodation it mentioned dishwasher. There wasn't one in one of the town houses, when we went to ask about it was told didn't all have them, mentioned it was on accommodation details, response that would get their tec guy to remove it and now noticed no mention of dishwasher. It might not be a big thing but when staying for one night meant missing out on either seeing area or sleep to hand-wash. Found other people's belongs and dirt under furniture and down sides of chairs whilst retrieving toddlers toys, and we were given instructions that had to leave it clean and ridy, well someone didnt. The stag party/large group of males was quite noisy, during afternoon and into night.

For a family of 8 adults and 4 kids, I booked 2 apartments. They were SPACIOUS. Just the size I needed. It was very peaceful and quiet. I got a very homey feeling as everything. ACs, 65' Sony Bravia Android TV, hot tub, outdoor BBQ and pool.. I can go on forever. Furthermore, Perfect location and close to everything such as woolies, restaurants, bay and everything else that we wanted to visit during our stay. Before booking with Nelson Bay Breeze, I got to speak with other hotels' managers too. I did not find them very friendly but Shahzad and his wife were very accomodating. They actually went all and beyond to ensure that we as guests are having good time. My advice to anyone looking to have good place to stay: Nelson Bay Breeze is the answer. 10/10

Our stay here, albeit short was great. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The heated pool was great and got a big thumbs up from the kids. The beds were comfy and the accommodation is only a short walk from the beach which is great if you have young kids as it was shallow and still and had great views or the harbour. You could walk to the harbour in 10-15mins with a selection of restaurants. The accommodation staff were very friendly and helpful.

Neat and clean. Nice modern open plan living. We liked the spa bath and the pool. It has a washing machine, dishwasher and clothes dryer. My kids liked the claw machine and arcade room.

On ground floor. Private balcony was level with car park and faced car park. Although not great for aesthetic reasons, it was great for loadinga and unloading our car which was parked right in front of ground balcony.

LOVED our stay here at the Bay Breeze! Everything was clean, the bathroom was clean which is something we are super picky about. The beds were comfortable to sleep on.

- The light in the downstairs toilet wasn't working so some of us had to use our flashlights to go to the bathroom. - The Spa/shower is very steep and someone could very easily slip and hurt themselves trying to get in & out of it. It was a bit of struggle for some of the family, but we managed. I think for future, non-slip mats should be placed on the bathroom floor to avoid any injuries.
