Everything.... especially from the very kind greeting from Jodie at reception upon our arrival. She has a wealth of knowledge about Broken hill and recommended quite a number of attractions the town and surrounds has to offer. A great place to stay. Only about 15 to 20 minutes walk into town, or a 5 minute stroll to the local Woolies and Maccas down the road. Very convenient.

One minor thing was the bathroom was a bit compact compared to the larger sized bedroom area. No big deal though...

I’ve had many stays during my cross country road trip, but this place stands out as the best since I hit the road in Perth. The rooms were incredibly spacious and impressively quiet—something I value deeply. The blockout curtains were perfect after a long day of driving in the sun and provided the rest I needed to recharge. The swimming pool looked gorgeous, and I regret not packing a swimsuit to take advantage of it. The check-in process was seamless, with easy key collection from a lockbox. Once inside, I barely noticed anyone else staying there—it was that peaceful! It wasn’t until I stepped outside in the evening that I realised the motel was fully booked. By morning, everyone had left quietly, and I hadn’t heard a thing. This was a truly wonderful, tranquil stay. If I’d known how great it was, I would have stayed an extra night to explore Broken Hill more from this base. I’ll definitely be back if I visit Broken Hill again. Thank you for such a beautiful, peaceful experience!

We've stayed numerous time. The room was spacious, clean, warm and relatively comfortable. Self check-in was easy and staff were easily contactable if needed. The location is perfect for our needs.

The bed was comfortable enough (certainly not the worst) but not the best we've slept in. We really appreciate a comfortable bed, more than anything else, when travelling. I seem to remember a more comfortable mattress on previous stays .... perhaps it was just that room. (One of the cheapest rooms we stayed in during our trip from FNQ to SA, in Nyngan, had the most comfortable bed on our whole trip, from FNQ to SA). I missed the leather chairs that used to be in the rooms, on previous stays (but that's just a personal thing).

The room sizes were good and we did not feel like we were staying in a box. Bbq area was convenient and easy to use. It was difficult to rate staff because it was a contactless booking, but my husband had a pleasant experience when he requested bbq implements. Everything was clean and in good order.

We found the lounge chairs very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of because we are 70 yrs old! The chairs at the dining table were not comfortable.

A well-presented hotel with easy access and parking from the street. The room was comfortable, had reverse cycle air-conditioning, clean and good wifi access. There is a pool and sheltered barbecue area if you want to sit outside and relax. Located outisde the city centre, the hotel is conveniently located to a shopping plaze and the main roads connecting Broekn Hill to other locations.

I had no complaints with this motel. The contactless checkin worked well which means you can arrive at any time after 2 pm.

The room is the largest I've had on this holiday...it felt relaxed and open. The motel is right on the edge of town and there is no traffic noise. Liz was just lovely...chatted with me about things to see and do. Helped me out with laundry. Finally, a room that was terrific value. Will stay here again.

I like fresh air but unfortunately the windows are locked shut so I had to open the door. This let flies and mozzies in (thankfully there is fly spray provided).

First impression as we drove into the property was 'Gee this looks nice', and then when we opened the room door couldn't get over how big the room was. Everything was set out really well. The bathroom was also very good - nice and clean and the towels good quality. The self checkin/checkout was very easy. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and if it is warmer would love to make use of the pool area which looked very inviting.

Self service was brilliant we had to contact the manager to get the code for the lock box, they were prompt in responding and sent a lovely text even reminding us of the time difference which was brilliant nothing was difficult! Room was exact to what was describe, everything was spotless, not an ounce of dust anywhere, room smelt fresh and clean very impressed and credit to the owners

There was nothing we did not love about this property it was great

Spacious room, clean bathroom, room heating and car parking outside room door. My room was spotless.

So many motels supply bathroom soap in wrappers that cannot be opened without scissors - so frustrating!!!! Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

Central location, clean and tidy beds with amenities for tea and coffee, and affordable for the quality. It more than provided the good night sleep we were after long drive.

Not a big thing, but parking was little tight for our car.
