Right next door to the pub (so breakfast and dinner is sorted). Pool was good size and a great layout with the bench seat around the edge. Our room was a 'family' room with 2 beds (1 x king + 1 x queen) which was perfect for our family of 3. Lots of parking. On Site laundry The hotel & pub put up plenty of christmas trees and decorations which was a hit with the kids

Lots of flies (could have been the time of year). If i was being picky, there could have been a table or bench in room to put our cups of tea/ coffee on while sitting around in the room.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I visited this hotel last week with my family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The green and open areas were stunning—perfect for relaxing. At night, we especially loved the beautiful all the fireplaces, which made the atmosphere so cozy and inviting. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, everything was perfect. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!

It can be hard to reach staff after hours—best to contact them during office hours and book your table in advance, as it’s usually full.

Plenty to pick from

The room was a great size, and we appreciated the private balcony for a morning cup of tea. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was a perfect temperature. It was very quiet with no air con hum often associated with hotel rooms. An easy walk to the Inn made for a very convenient dinner. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious with quality products.

A table and chairs in the room would have been great as my daughter and I had packed a colouring-in activity to do after dinner. It would easily fit in the large room. A small microwave would also have been a bonus as our cups of tea got cold. Just mentioning as you are asking! I hope to return with my partner!

I loved the layout and privacy aspect. Very clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the pleasant staff. The food was tasty but too much sauces and fats. Loved the sticky date pudding. Good coffee. Tasteful layout accommodated us as a couple and our guests. Liked the extensive beer garden and the Australia Day band.

I am diabetic. While the food was very tasty, most meals were fried, fatty or too much sauce. I ordered the Caesar salad, so much dressing, bacon and Parmesan, the only thing edible was a few lettuce leaves and the boiled egg. I ordered the Thai Beef salad, it was drowned in sweet chilli sauce and inedible, I should have returned it. Otherwise service was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony so small. I loved the layout and privacy aspects. I would have like to see some Australia Day decorations or acknowledgement.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The room (#35) had an amazing view. It was a very private room. There was no noise except birds. The two giant beds were very comfy. The bathroom was enormous and the shower was steaming hot. The staff were lovely and the location was very pretty.

The only three things that I can think of were that the location is not close to the shopping centre. The main garbage bin on the balcony of the room had not been emptied and the room did not have allocated parking. It was first in best dressed and included the pub patrons.

The property is clean, the rooms actually take you by surprise by how beautiful they are. The QR codes for room service or even ordering food/drinks at the pub is fantastic and easily accessible. The house keeping staff are LOVELY (as are all of the staff there) The bathrooms are just amazing. The cleanliness is definitely something I noticed around the entire venue, and the rooms.

There wasn’t anything not to like about the property however it was a little unsettling seeing the one security guard who was a big grump towards everyone, and took his job a little too seriously.

Renovations beautiful room beautiful

One thing which was offputting was the amount of flys I do not know how you will get rid of them but they were everywhere and crawling all over the glassware at the bars etc Such a shame because staff, facilities gardens etc were absolutely beautiful, the flys were terrible and maybe plants potted plants that deter flys at the bars and food areas might help sorry but if there were no flys it would A1

I, as a solo single mother, enjoyed all the room service and pool side service while the kids got to swim. The pizza and mocktails were a hit. Gave me a much needed break from cooking. Thankful for the kind staff who bought down first aid supplies when my child kicked the skin up on her toe. Was treated with care. Love the view and comfortable beds! Kids love the pool and would return just for that purpose.

I personally do not enjoy the pub/bar area, but that is just me. I prefer the pool or room away from the crowd to suit our sensory issues.

The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. We were there for a wedding (in the wedding party) and it was a really good layout to be running between rooms getting ready. The bed was very comfortable and the location was very peaceful, considering you’re still in the suburbs of Sydney, it felt like a little country getaway. Great for staying with groups as there was plenty of room outdoors to sit together and chill.
