Convenient for Campbelltown and Leumeah stations. We arrived on the train from Canberra and then got an Uber to the place. The next day when we were heading into Sydney it was a short 10 minute walk to Leumeah station. That train also goes through Sydney airport station so it was convenient for us the next day when we were flying out of there. There are several eateries in the local area, though not of the 'fine dining' sort!

The bed, although a good king -size, had a spring mattress so was wobbly for sharing! Breakfast finishes at 9am which is quite early for late risers like me. It meant I missed breakfast on our 2nd night.

The lady in the kitchen is so friendly, happy and approachable...not to mention her mushrooms are amazing!!! Bree was also very helpful, courteous and just a nice person really. Actually, everyone that I interacted with during my stay was very nice :) Top points team 10/10!!!

Only a small thing but I would have loved a coffee pod machine and actual real milk instead of UHT milk. Realistically a 500ml carton of milk for an extra $3ish would have been amazing!! I booked parking however the last 2 nights I had to park elsewhere as there was no parking available.

The receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming & warm. She was absolutely lovely & put a smile on my face after a long day. The cleaners were absol lovely too! I kept the do not disturb sign on our door as we were doing our washing & just washed the towels we used instead of getting new ones but she caught us leaving one day & said we should just let her replace the towels since we're on holiday. Got back to not just fresh towels but she cleaned up after us, out the dishes in the dishwasher & made our beds. Absolutely loved our experience there.

A scrub brush or sponge for the dishes as we cooked while there & perhaps bigger bins. But not highly important 🤷‍♀️

Staff were helpful and friendly alongside convenience to places like eateries and where we needed to be located for our holiday eg in Campbelltown

We showed up without it being 2 beds as requested and only 1. This was rectified on the next day however not much of an inconvenience as staff were nice. There was a lot of hallway noise from other customers which we didn't mind however if this was a work trip with needing quiet time, the noise would be much more of an inconvenience.

3-bedroom apartment with decent size kitchen very spacious perfect for big families Comfortable beds and apartment very clean and tidy. Very quiet had no issues with noise Amazing staff! Everyone was friendly and welcoming especially staff from reception when greeted for an early and quick check-in so we could settle in and the kitchen staff preparing breakfast were so attentive and made us feel at home. I recommend the buffet breakfast food was great! Perfect location very close to food outlets walking distance literally right across the street. Shopping malls close by 5mins drive and public transport walking distance. Very close to main highways easy to get around.

No faults had no issues whatsoever!

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The kitchenette most adequate. The bathroom was clean, adequate number of towels and toiletries provided.

On arrival the room smelt strongly of dogs. It was a dedicated 'pet' room but that shouldn't mean that the room is left unbearably smelly. Fortunately the very kind receptionist worked her magic and restored the room to a reasonable state of odour. I do wonder why a 'pet' room is carpeted- why not a floor covering that doesn't absorb the doggy odours?

Great location, amazing breakfast, and staff were great! Friendly and accommodating. Didn’t get to use any other facilities besides in our room. But over all great!

Only complaint I have is there were some stains on the couch in our room, I covered it with a bedding sheet and reported it to staff who were great and moved us to another room. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed a 1 BR apartment stopping over while travelling on a long trip. Bed was very comfortable, rooms clean. Kitchen more than adequate with large fridge etc. Bathroom good size and extremely clean. Would stay again to break up the trip travelling through Sydney.

We didn't know the hotel allowed pets and the lounge itself smelt like dogs. We would ask for a pet-free room next time. We choose not to travel with pets so I think this should be an option to choose when booking online.

The room was very clean. The staff were just excellent very friendly and helpful, from our arrival until we left and including the greeting from the lovely cleaning lady, who was extremely sweet. The breakfast was just amazing for the price, and the breakfast lady was just so lovely, very helpful and friendly. We had all we needed. I loved the location with all the take away food in walking distance.

That we had to pay for parking

The rooms were massive and really well serviced. We were two travelling friends, for a wedding, and were put in an adjoining room configuration. It was such high standard and a real surprise. Also, and this is the best part, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We were surprised by how fantastic is all was.. and the location is pretty good. You're surrounded by food and a short drive to shops/train station. The main road got a bit loud with 'hoons' at night, but honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. Parking is also great - super easy and safe.

There's nothing that we didn't like. We didn't use any of the facilities other than a balcony, and didn't eat there, so can't speak to that.
